With Goran Pandev making no secret of his desire to leave Lazio following five impressive years with the Biancocelesti, his agent Leonardo Corsi recently spoke of his client’s cloudy future as pre-season draws ever closer.
Speaking to Il Tempo, the Macedonian’s agent sent a clear message that Pandev will not be pushed into making a snap decision.
“This is the most important moment of his career. Pandev will decide his future on his own without pressure from elsewhere,” he blasted.
“I understand president Lotito is a little tense, given the lack of funds circling the globe at present. However, I can assure him we are doing our utmost to satisfy the demands of the club and find a viable solution for both parties,” he concluded.
With Juventus and Bayern Munich reported to be the key movers for the Macedonian’s signature - it is believed that little progress is likely to be made, until either the two suitors offload one of their current forwards.
