Full time whistle and West Ham get their first win for two months! Carroll is brought off the bench to get a winner despite the Hammers barely escaping their half in the first 45. That's all from us today, thanks for joining.
Juanmi breaks into the West Ham box and is forced to turn back on himself after Ogbonna stays with him. He then decides to feed Ramirez who baloons his cross over the crossbar.
It's all Southampton now in the last few minutes but West Ham are inviting the pressure. A corner for Saints is cleared at the near post and Antonio breaks, but his shot goes well, well wide.
Collins gets fairly lucky after kicking Juanmi to the ground after the midfielder arrived on his blind side, however the flag was already up for the Spaniard so the defender got away with it.

Valencia is brought off amid injury fears and to provide more solidarity in midfield with Obiang.
Valencia is up and back playing again and he's assisting West Ham in parking back in their half. Southampton are being forced to commit lots of bodies forward in search of the equaliser.
Valencia in the wars for West Ham and he's holding his knee after clashing with Bertrand, but just as the Hammers' injury list appears to be clearing up they could very well have another here.
On this second half showing West Ham deserve their goals, but Southampton have to be gutted they've fallen behind after the first 45 minutes. Koeman is bound to be disappointed, but there's still about ten minutes left.

GOAL! West Ham have turned the game around and it's Carroll with the goal. Valencia crosses a fantastic cross in an Antonio heads against the crossbar, but the England international turns home the rebound.
Koeman's side on the front foot again as Bertrand takes a corner for the visitors but Kouyate is the first to meet with the ball and turns it away to safety for the Hammers.

The first of two subs for Southampton as Mane comes off for Juanmi.
A real exciting match we have here on our hands with the last 15 approaching. Both sides look dangerous on the attack and neither seem happy to settle for a draw just yet.
A penalty shout for West Ham as a ball is clipped into the box towards Carroll and the striker is blocked off by Bertrand, however the referee rules it was the West Ham player comitting the foul and gives a free-kick to the visitors.

GOAL! West Ham are level under strange circumstances. Antonio falls over in the box as he dribbles into it, which is then kicked against him by Wanyama and floats over Steklenburg for the equaliser.
West Ham have a free-kick following a foul by Bertrand. Lanzini whips a cross into the box which is then turned behind for a corner, however the second set-piece doesn't make it past the front post.

Bertrand picks up a yellow for his foul on the edge of the box.
Bertrand makes his way up the left but with just Long in the box to aim for he opts to find Mane on the edge, who then switches it to Romeu for the Spaniard to shoot but Adrian has no issues with it.
STAT: The last time Southampton won their final fixture of the calendar year was 2010.
This game has opened up here massively and Davis drives forward with the ball at his feet with Long in support, however the striker runs into Collins and goes down to the ground.
A free-kick for Southampton which allows Bertrand to get a cross into the box following a foul from Tomkins. However, whilst the full-back's lofted ball is decent, it's cleared by the West Ham defence.

Jenkinson gets himself up the left flank yet again to get a cross into the box. Aiming for Carroll, the striker meets with the effort to turn a header on goal but Stekelenburg gathers with ease.

Romeu picks up a yellow for preventing a counter-attack from Van Dijk's free-kick.
Southampton have a free-kick in a dangerous position following a foul from Collins. Van Dijk is the player given the rights to take it, but he can only hit the wall.
Koeman is likely to be worryed with how West Ham have started the half given Southampton's dominance in the first. The visitors should've been more than one up at the break but their lead looks under threat.

Martina picks up the first yellow of the match for a silly foul in midfield.
Southampton manage to relieve pressure a bit as they win a throw-in deep into West Ham's half, however the ball isn't there long and the Hammers move up the pitch again.
A new sense of hope for West Ham at the start of this half. With Carroll on, the Hammers have a new outlet going forward rather than resting everything on Valencia.
West Ham start the second half bright and win a corner early on which is met by Collins in the box and Martina heads it off the line. Then, just after, the ball is cross back in towards Carroll and he hits the crossbar!

West Ham get the second half underway.
With just one additional minute, that's all for the first half. Southampton have exerted their dominance over West Ham here despite taking 10 minutes to settle. The only negative for the visitors is that they don't lead by more.
Tadic displays his skill to play a beautiful pass with the outside of his foot to find Mane in between Collins and Ogbonna, however the ball bounces awkwardly and he's unable to get a clean shot off.
A corner for Southampton here as they seek to extend their lead. West Ham are desperate for the halftime whistle as Adrian is forced into a save from Fonte after the set-piece.
Another dangerous free-kick for Bertrand to whip into the West Ham box and it's placed right in the mixer as both defenders and attackers fight for it, however Adrian eventually comes out on top.
The home supporters can hardly be heard with West Ham playing so poorly. Echoes of the Southampton fans whip around Upton Park as the match approaches halftime.
Davis goes close! The midfielder steals possession off of West Ham from a throw-in and drives into space in front of the Hammers' defence to shoot but his driven effort goes wide.
Valencia has the opportunity to get the ball into the box for West Ham as he galloped up the right wing but his cross into the box is tame and Van Dijk is able to steer is clear with ease.
West Ham finally get out of their half to put some pressure on Southampton, however both Song and Kouyate push up which could leave the home side exposed. Despite being behind, the Hammers must be wary of the counter.
The ball breaks to Romeu 25 yards out and the Spaniard tries his to shoot but miskicked it. However, he got a second bite of the cherry and connected better this time, but his effort still went wide.
CHANCE! Davis almost doubles the lead as Long uses his pace to get away from Ogbonna and cut the ball back to the Northern Ireland international, however Collins puts his body on the line and turns the effort over for a corner.
West Ham are seriously struggling to get out of their half here. Southampton are doing very well to press up high and intercept most passes the home side make as they try to advance up the pitch.
Collins screams at his defence as Southampton constantly find pockets of space. Mane clips a wonderful ball out wide to Davis whose cross gets turned behind to a corner.
Southampton have floated two crosses into the West Ham box which are getting cleared fairly easily due to the height advantage. Is the visitors want more success down the wings, they need to be playing driven crosses.
A dangerous free-kick for Southampton to get the ball into the box but Bertrand's effort is too heavy and Adrian is able to gather the cross completely unchallenged.
Since the goal the momentum is truly with Southampton. Long breaks down the right channel to drill another cross into the box which Ogbonna is forced to turn away at West Ham understake a spell of pressure.
Antonio has used his pace a number of times now to get behind Bertrand which is causing issues for Southampton, however Van Dijk is doing very well sweeping up by dropping five yards deep.

GOAL! Southampton take the lead against the run of play. Tadic taps home a cross from four yards out to award the Saints the opening goal of the match.
Southampton are struggling to find their feet in this match. In a rare attack, Mane tries moving up the left side with the ball but he's ushered into a corner by Collins and the attack comes to little.
Tomkins pushes up the field to receive the ball from a throw-in and whip a cross into the box. Zarate does well to get across Fonte, but he could only turn his effort wide of the goal.
West Ham are looking the more comfortable of the two sides in this match so far. The Hammers are having the better of the possession and have momentarily applied pressure on the visitors.
This time West Ham do manage the first corner of the match as Jenkinson carries the ball up the wing. The resulting set-piece is then headed away to safety by the Southampton defence.
Antonio thought he picked up the first corner of the game as the winger twists around Van Dijk, but the referee rules the ball didn't come off the Southampton defender last and awards a goal kick.

Only five minutes until kick-off! The fans are in their seats, the atmosphere is building and the players are in the tunnel. Not long now.
Slaven Bilic is forced into one change to his starting 11 due to Cresswell failing a late fitness test, therefore Jenkinson slots in to right-back. Also, Song finds himself back in the starting XI after getting 15 minutes against Swansea last time out. For Southampton, Tadic and Romeu come in to midfield for Ward-Prowse and Claise, both being reduced to the bench.

Meanwhile, Southampton make the short trip to London hoping to rectify their awful away record which has saw them win just two of their last 15 Premier League matches on the road. The aforementioned result at Arsenal will certainly boost confidence, but we're expecting a close match.
Currently plauged with injuries, West Ham have been ticking over results with a series of draws they'll be hoping to end today in front of their home support. However, after Southampton's impressive victory over Arsenal last time out it shouldn't be an easy fixture.
