UEFA Europa League
UEFA Conference League Qualifiers

That's all for today, goodbye.
Inter now move nine points clear above rivals AC Milan at the top of Serie A and focus on the visit of Sassuolo next weekend. Meanwhile, Torino also face Sassuolo in midweek as they look to continue their fight for survival in Italy's top division.
Inter make it 12 consecutive games unbeaten after goals from Lukaku and Martinez cancel out Sanabria's dramatic equaliser. Torino defended well for the majority of the game but a mistake from Izzo handed Inter the lead and then Bremer was caught out for the late winner from Martinez. Inter deserved the win but they definitely had to earn it today.
90' + 3' FULL TIME: Torino 1-2 Inter
90' There will be three added minutes to play.
M. Darmian
A. Hakimi
89' Darmian comes on to replace Hakimi in the final minutes of the match.
A. Gojak
M. Vojvoda
89' Vojvoda is replaced by Gojak as Torino make another substitution.
A. Belotti
A. Sanabria
89' Belotti comes on to replace goalscorer Sanabria for the final few minutes.
M. Vecino
L. Martínez
89' Vecino comes on for Martinez as Inter's final substitution of the game.
A. Sánchez
85' The substitute Sanchez works some space for himself on the right with some good footwork and passing play with Barella. The Chilean attacker beats Bremer and whips a ball towards the back post to find Martinez who finishes with the header. That is a massive goal for Inter who just need to hold on now to make it 12 games unbeaten.
L. Martínez
85' GOALLL! INTER TAKE THE LEAD AGAIN! What a brilliant header from Martinez as the Argentine heads Sanchez's cross back across the goal into the far corner giving Sirigu no chance. That is a world class finish and makes it 14 goals in the league for Martinez.
84' Lukaku wins a corner for his side as we enter the final five minutes of play. Can Inter find a late winner and extend their lead to nine points at the top of Serie A?
A. Sánchez
M. Brozović
81' Inter make their third substitution as Sanchez replaces Brozovic in the hope of a late winner here in Turin.
78' Barella and Eriksen combine on the edge of the penalty box but the Dane's effort is tame and cleared by Bremer.
75' Martinez fouls Mandragora as Inter press the Torino defence in the hope of finding a winner with just 15 minutes left to play of regular time.
73' It's a good thing Conte is serving his touchline ban today because you'd think he'd have some stern words for the referee after Torino's goal.
A. Sanabria
70' GOALLL! SANABRIA EQUALISES! Torino have found an equaliser from a corner that caused havoc in Inter's penalty area. Sanabria reacted quickest and he tucks the ball into the bottom left corner. Skriniar was appealing for a foul after he felt he was pushed in the back but VAR gives the goal! 1-1.
S. Zaza
S. Verdi
67' Verdi is replaced by Zaza as Torino look to get back into this game.
C. Ansaldi
N. Murru
67' Murru is replaced by Ansaldi as Torino make a double substitution.
65' A big sign of champions is their ability to win when they haven't been at their best. Inter look like doing exactly that today. They've been far from fluid but they persisted and found an opener through the penalty. Torino need to make some changes if they're to get back into this.
R. Lukaku
Penalty Goal
62' GOALLLL! LUKAKU MAKES IT 1-0 INTER! Top scorer Lukaku gives the away side the lead with his 19th goal of the Serie A season. Torino's hard work has been undone by a mistake from Izzo.
61' PENALTY! Izzo makes a poor tackle on Martinez and sweeps the Argentine striker's legs out from underneath him. Inter have a massive chance to take the lead here.
59' Torino are offering nothing in attack and it may be time for Belotti to enter the fray after his return to the squad. The home side may just be happy to take a point against the league leaders at this point with their game in hand on other relegation threatened sides.
C. Eriksen
R. Gagliardini
56' Eriksen replaces Gagliardini in midfield to offer more creativity for the away side as Conte makes his second change of the match.
A. Young
I. Perišić
56' Young replaces Perisic on the left side as Inter make a double substitution.
55' Conte may be thinking about making some changes as Inter haven't shown any attacking intent after the break. Players like Eriksen and Young may be looked at to offer more of a threat from set-pieces with the height advantage of Skriniar and De Vrij.
R. Gagliardini
Yellow Card
53' Gagliardini picks up the first booking of the match for a late challenge on Verdi.
K. Linetty
D. Baselli
49' Baselli is unable to continue and Linetty comes on to replace the captain.
49' Baselli is back out on the pitch for Torino but limping heavily. It doesn't look as though he'll be able to continue for much longer.
48' Perisic wins an early corner after a good pass through from Barella.
46' The second half is under way.
As things stand, Torino will close the gap to safety to just a single point and will have played a game less than those teams around them. Meanwhile, Inter will stay at the top of Serie A but fail to extend their lead to nine points from city rivals Milan.
Neither side has been able to find an opener in the first half, with Lyanco of Torino having the best chance but his header struck the woodwork before Inter cleared the danger. Torino have defended well so far and stopped the league leaders creating any clear-cut chances.
45' + 1' HALF TIME: Torino 0-0 Inter Milan
45' There will be just one additional minute to play.
44' Baselli is down and receiving treatment on his ankle. He is going to continue but it doesn't look as though he'll be returning to the pitch for the second half.
41' Torino's deep defensive line is causing a lot of issues for Martinez and Lukaku who usually thrive off balls played in behind defenders. It's been a solid display so far from the home side against the league leaders.
38' Barella is looking for a free-kick after Baselli seemed to have stood on his foot but the referee isn't interested.
36' Inter are still yet to have a clear opportunity at goal with just ten minutes left to play in the first half. They started off strongly but have been off the pace since the Lyanco chance. Barella, Gagliardini and Brozovic aren't working well as a midfield trio.
33' Torino are having a good spell of possession here after that massive chance from Lyanco. Inter are struggling to contain Sanbria and Verdi at the moment.
30' OFF THE POST! Lyanco hits the post with a free header at the back post from a free-kick! He surely has to score there. No one in an Inter shirt picked up his run and he somehow heads the ball off the base of the post and Lukaku manages to clear the danger.
28' Martinez has scored in each of his last three appearances against Torino.
25' Inter continue to dominate the ball and patiently wait for their chances. Torino are defending well so far but you sense Inter will captialise eventually.
23' Bastoni clips a cross into the box but it's just over Lukaku and the ball skips out of play.
21' Skriniar drives forward with the ball and plays a couple of passes with Lukaku and Martinez before slicing his cross out for a goal kick.
18' Perisic wastes a good move by Inter after Gagliardini and Martinez linked up well down the left. Torino are standing firm so far and defending the threat of Lukaku and Martinez well.
15' Lyanco blocks a cross from Martinez and concedes a corner. Inter are still pushing for an early opener here.
13' Torino are yet to record a home win this season, their three wins all coming away from Turin.
10' Lukaku hunts down Bremer, but the Brazillian releases the ball just before he was fouled by the Belgian striker. Inter are really putting the home side under a lot of pressure early on.
8' Inter are dominating possession so far with Skriniar releasing Perisic and Hakimi down either flank as the outlets for the away side.
5' CLOSE! Martinez drifts towards the near post and fires a header just wide of the target after some good work down the left from Perisic. Inter have started brightly here.
2' Barella forces Bremer into an early mistake as the away side press high up the pitch and win a throw.
1' We're under way.
The teams are in the tunnel. Kick-off is moments away.
Torino can move out of the relegation zone with a win today, however they haven't beaten Inter in their last three fixtures against the league leaders.
Antonio Conte keeps an unchanged side from the 1-0 win over Atalanta as his side look to extend their lead at the top of Serie A to nine points.
Torino boss Davide Nicola makes five changes to the side that lost 4-2 to Crotone as Sanabria, Verdi, Murru, Baselli and Bremer replace Rodriguez, Ansaldi, Bonazzoli, Zaza and the suspended Tomas Rincon.
SUBSTITUTES: Andrea Pinamonti, Andrei Radu, Matteo Darmian, Christian Eriksen, Danilo D’Ambrosio, Ashley Young, Andrea Ranocchia, Stefano Sensi, Aleksandar Kolarov, Matias Vecino, Daniele Padelli, Alexis Sanchez.
INTER XI (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Stefan de Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Achraf Hakimi, Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, Roberto Gagliardini, Ivan Perisic; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
SUBSTITUTES: Andrea Belotti, Amer Gojak, Simone Zaza, Ricardo Rodriguez, Cristian Ansaldi, Samir Ujkani, Federico Bonazzoli, Vanja Milinkovic-Savic, Erick Ferigra, Karol Linetty, Alessandro Buongiorno.
TORINO XI (3-5-2): Salvatore Sirigu; Armando Izzo, Lyanco, Bremer; Mergim Vojvoda, Daniele Baselli, Rolando Mandragora, Sasa Lukic, Nicola Murru; Simone Verdi, Antonio Sanabria.
Inter Milan can extend their lead at the top of the table with a win today and stretch their unbeaten run to 12 matches should they beat a struggling Torino side today.
