The pre-tournament favourites need a point to make the knockout stages and are backing them to claim all three in a tight final match in Group E

Brazil head into their final group game having yet to really convince at the World Cup.

Their injury time victory over Costa Rica last week saved them from being in a position where their future in the tournament was out of their own hands, and now they know a draw against Serbia will be enough.

Serbia have shown themselves to a competitive outfit in their two games so far, and while they are clear outsiders, they will feel they are capable of frustrating their South American opponents.

Latest odds

This is only Serbia's second ever appearance at a World Cup and their opening group game win against Costa Rica was only their second ever victory at the tournament.

The Balkan nation recorded a big upset when they beat Germany 1-0 in the group stages in 2010 and dabblebet price them at 6/1 (7.00) for another unexpected win.

Brazil, for their part, are priced at 8/15 (1.53) while the draw is available at 16/5 (4.20).

Team news

Brazil will be without two players for the game, with both Danilo and Douglas Costa both ruled out through injury.

Danilo started the first game but is missing with a shoulder problem, while Costa was a second half substitute in the second game but has a hamstring injury.

Both Brazil's matches have been tight affairs, with Switzerland and Costa Rica managing to limit their attacking threat effectively.

It is hard to see Brazil running riot in the final group game against a Serbia side who will have taken note of how to restrict the five-time world champions.

The Serbs are a young, athletic side and they should have the fitness levels required to press Brazil and not afford them spaces.

Tips and predictions

After contesting two matches with under 2.5 goals, a third successive game with less than three goals for Brazil is offered at 4/5 (1.80).

Bolder punters however might be interested in the price of 11/5 (3.20) for Brazil to win and less than three goals scored, which looks a logical selection if we are expecting Serbia to make life tough for them.
