Stade Geoffroy-Guichard

PSG came to do a job tonight and a job they did with a second successive 5-0 victory. Sadly for the champions, Monaco also won tonight to remain three points clear and they have the luxury of a game in hand as well. Add in a superior goal difference and Monaco are all but certain to win the league. As for tonight and Saint-Etienne, they were unable to cope with the frightening attacking quality of Edinson Cavani and Lucas Moura.
FULL TIME: Saint-Etienne 0-5 Paris Saint-Germain
G. Lo Celso
A brilliant long ranged pass by Giovani Lo Celso plays Draxler through on goal, who comfortably slots home PSG's fifth of the night.
J. Draxler
Slow build up play around the back by PSG looks to be harmlessly winding down time. Lo Celso, however, has other ideas as he fires a long ball over the top of the Saint-Etienne defence, who can only watch as Draxler races through on goal, picks his spot and slots the ball home comfortably. 5-0 PSG.
A chance to break forward for Saint-Etienne but the pass from Veretout goes to no one and safely back to PSG posession.
Florent Pogba is over the free-kick. His effort, however. goes up, up and well over the bar.
G. Lo Celso
Yellow Card
A free-kick in a dangerous position for Saint-Etienne as Jordan Veretout is brought down by Giovani Lo Celso. Yellow Card for Lo Celso.
Finally a bit of posession for Saint-Etienne as they look to salvage some pride from this tie. Ole Selnaes with space on the edge of the box but his lwo left-footed effort bounces wide of the near post.
R. Pierre-Gabriel
K. Malcuit
Substitution for Saint-Etienne, as Kévin Malcuit is off to be replaced by Ronaël Pierre-Gabriel
G. Lo Celso
M. Verratti
Substitution for PSG as Marco Verratti is replaced by Giovani Lo Celso
Gonçalo Guedes
Lucas Moura
PSG substitution as  Lucas Moura's goal proves to be his last kick of the game, as he is replaced by Gonçalo Manuel Ganchinho Guedes
Lucas Moura
Saint-Etienne simply cannot deal with PSG as goal number four is slotted home by Lucas. Draxler is able to easily glide past his defender on the left of the box to fire a curling effort at Ruffier, who can only palm it into the path of Lucas in the centre of the box. The Brazilian makes no mistake in slotting it home for his second of the game. 4-0 PSG.
Another corner for PSG. This time Maxwell drives down the left channel and to the byline, who's cross finds Lucas at the back post. He chests it down and fires a half-volley towards goal, which hits a Saint-Etienne player and out.
Thomas Meunier decides to take a chance at goal from distance, his curling effort is going towards the top-right corner but Ruffier flies to his right to palm the ball away. Good save from the Saint-Etienne keeper.
E. Cavani
Patient build up play and Cavani is allowed to drive towards the edge of the box. He plays a pass to Matuidi who slides it across the six-yard box back to the Uruguayan striker, who slides in to meet it. His initial effort is saved by Ruffier but he is able to get a foot to the rebound to knock the ball over the line. 3-0 PSG and surely now three points.
All PSG now. Saint-Etienne are struggling to cope with their opponents and are unable to get a foothold in this game.
A. Søderlund
R. Berič
Another throw of the dice from Christophe Galtier, as Robert Berič comes off to be replaced by Alexander Toft Søderlund.
The corner is swung in and met with a free header fo Cavani, who inexplicably fires over from around six yards out.
Corner for PSG. A decent cross looks to be flying towards Cavani at the back post but Kevin Theophile Catherine is there to clear the danger.
A chance to seal the game for PSG and it goes begging. Verratti the creator again as his through ball allows Cavani to run behind the Saint-Etienne defence. He unleashes a left-footed shot but it has too much on it and it curls away from the far-post. Should have been three.
A chance at the other end as Saint-Etienne break forward. There is just too much on the final pass and Beric just can't get on the end of it, resorting to passing the ball backwards instead.
Lucas, so often PSG's danger man tonight drives forward once again. He finds Draxler on the edge of the box, who wriggles free from the Saint-Etienne defence but his shot is too high and flies over the bar.
PSG with 71 percent posession at the moment, it is all too easy  for the away side. This could have long been over were it not for some poor final balls.
Verratti charges forward for PSG yet again but this time his pass down the left-channel for Matuidi is poor and rolls out harmlessly, much to the relief of Saint-Etienne.
B. Corgnet
H. Saivet
First Saint-Etienne change of the night. Henri Saivet coming off to be replaced by Benjamin Corgnet.
Yet another corner for Saint-Etienne. Romain Hamouma tries to find space in the box to cross but it is blocked out of play.
Another corner for Saint-Etienne comes to nothing. The home side are struggling with the final ball at the moment when they do get hold of the ball.
How did he not score! A brilliant flick from Cavani played Blaise Matuidi down the left wing. He has plenty of time to pick his pass and puts it on a plate for Draxler, inside the 18-yard box who fails to connect cleanly with the ball and Ruffier can clear it for a corner.
Lucas's cross fails to beat the Saint-Etienne defensive line and it is safely cleared out. PSG continue to control posession in these early stages.
A free-kick for PSG in a promising position as Pogba brings down Lucas about 30 yards from goal.
Thiago Silva
Substitution at Half-Time for PSG. Thiago Silva is off and on comes Marquinhos.
Second-half is under way!
The teams are heading back out onto the pitch. The second-half is only moments away...
A job well done from PSG in that first half as Saint-Etienne have struggled to keep up with their opponents. Unfortunately for PSG, league leaders Monaco are also 2-0 up at half-time and as it stands, Monaco could seal the Ligue 1 title on Wednesday when they themselves play Saint-Etienne.
HALF TIME: Saint-Etienne 0-2 Paris Saint-Germain
Just under a minute to go plus injury time and PSG look very comfortable now. It will take something special from Saint-Etienne in the second half to get back into this.
Saint-Etienne just about hanging on, Good skill from Draxler who slides a pass to the right of the box to Verratti. Ruffier gets down quickly to stop Verratti's right-footed strike giving PSG a three-goal cushion.
Lucas Moura
Lucas, who has been one of the better players in this first-half, grabs PSG's second and surely secures three-points for the away side. Verratti displays brilliant vision to find the run of Lucas, who charges in behind the trailing Saint-Etienne defence and fires a right-footed drive into the top-left of the goal. No chance for Ruffier there. 2-0 PSG.
M. Verratti
Top notch vision with a pass to match it from Marco Verratti, who slides Lucas in behind the Saint-Etienne defence for a second goal.
Relief for PSG as the free-kick from Veretout never has the swerve to make its way back towards goal. It bounces far and wide for a goal-kick.
A good bit of build up play for Saint-Etienne as it becomes PSG's turn to do the chasing. Jordan Veretout turns his marker and looks to break forward but is dragged back. Free-kick Saint-Etienne, around 30 yards out.
Draxler looks to take matters into his own hands. A burst forward by Lucas sees him pass the ball out left to Draxler, who cuts in and charges towards the edge of the box to unleash an effort towards goal. It is blocked by a Saint-Etienne defender and the follow up cross just misses the onrushing head of Cavani.
Plenty of posession for PSG so far as Saint-Etienne look happy to sit back and wait for the counter. The final ball has been lacking from both sides since that opening goal.
H. Saivet
Yellow Card
Henri Saviet is the first player into the referee's book tonight, bringing down Verratti on the edge of the Saint-Etienne box.
Saint-Etienne starting to find a little joy down the right-wing. Kevin Monnet-Paquet's cross is too deep however and is comfortably cleared by PSG.
A PSG corner is taking quickly and short. The Saint-Etienne defence is caught unaware but Verratti's pass is read by none of his teammates and rolls harmlessly to Stephane Ruffier.
PSG break forward dangerously but Julian Draxler's pass is just under hit, with Loic Perrin able to intercept and clear for a corner.
The corner finds Pogba at the back post who heads back across goal. He is unable to find a teammate and the ball is quickly cleared away by Trapp.
A rare break forward for Saint-Etienne as Kevin Malcuit charges down the wing. He is charged down by Cavani and wins a corner.
Corner for Saint-Etienne. Kevin Trapp puts too much power on his pass and leaves Thomas Meunier under pressure. The home side win the ball and find Henri Saivet on the edge of the box. His right-footed swerving effort is tipped over the bar by the PSG goalkeeper.
A little bit of posession for Saint-Etienne finds Florentin Pogba on the left of the box. His cross is swung into the head of Beric, who's header flies over the bar. The whistle had gone anyway for offside though.
PSG brimming with confidence and Saint-Etienne chasing shadows at the moment. More comfortable posession play for PSG summed up by a chested pass from Marco Verratti towards Thiago Silva while under pressure.
Another chance for PSG goes begging. Brilliant build up play from the away side sees Blaise Matuidi play the ball to the left of the box to Julian Draxler, who opts to slide it back to the midfielder. His first time effort just flies wide of the left-post.
Good effort from Lucas Moura for PSG. Presnel Kimpembe plays a pass and run move, but Lucas decides to take it on himself. He dribbles past an onrushing St-Etienne defender before firing a swerving effort towards goal, which just flies over the cross bar.
Saint-Etienne will have to start pushing higher up the pitch if they are going to get anything from this game. It is all too easy for PSG at the moment as they continue to comfortably pass the ball around, waiting for an opening.
A brilliant cross by Maxwell after some patient build up play from the away side sets Cavani up for a front-post header and the opening goal.
E. Cavani
First chance, first goal! Patient passing play around the back sees the ball clipped out to the left wing for Maxwell. His cross into the front-post of the six-yard box is welcomed by the head of Edinson Cavani, and the Uruguayan makes no mistake in firing the ball into the centre of the net. 1-0 PSG.
And we're off! Robert Beric gets the game under way....
The teams are out on the pitch. Kick off is minutes away.
For PSG, only the one change from the team that beat Bastia last week, with Presnel Kimpembe coming in for Marquinhos, who drops to the bench.

With 15 minutes to go until kick-off, let’s take a look at how the sides will line up…
PSG have it all to play for, as they trail Ligue 1 leaders Monaco by three points, having played a game more. The Parisians are with a shout a domestic treble, having beaten Monaco in the Coupe de la Ligue earlier this season and a 5-0 rout of Bastia last week will have them brimming with confidence ahead of tonight’s game.
Saint-Etienne have slipped off the pace for a place in Europea League next season after a 2-2 draw to Bordeaux last Friday. They will have to settle for seventh placed but face an uphill task to retain that, as tonight they are up against second-placed PSG, who they have failed to beat in the three previous meetings this season. PSG are desperate for a win to keep alive their title hopes.
Good evening and welcome to our live text feed for tonight’s Ligue 1 fixture between Saint-Etienne and Paris Saint-Germain at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard Stadium.
