That's all for today, goodbye!
Leipzig have the one-goal advantage going into the second leg, which will take place in a week's time at the Ibrox Stadium. Both sides are in league action before that; Leipzig travel to Borussia Monchengladbach in the Bundesliga, while Rangers face their rivals Celtic in the Scottish Premiership.
Leipzig take a narrow 1-0 lead into the semi-final second leg over Rangers. The hosts dominated throughout the game and started to show their threat in the second half. Nkunku spurned a great chance when he blazed over an empty net before he nodded over at the far post. Adams also forced McGregor into a brilliant fingertips save, with Angelino volleying in a wonderful goal from the resulting corner. Kent had Rangers' best chance, but he drilled it wide.

Goldson catches Silva during an aerial challenge and picks up the first yellow card of the game for it.
And Henrichs is the other player going off, with Mukiele replacing him.
Leipzig are making a late double change here, starting with Poulsen coming on in place of Nkunku.
Forsberg pushes his way through the middle before he pokes it through to Silva, but his run is blocked by Goldson. He gives Rangers the chance to get back into their shape, and close down the space again.
ANGELINO SCORES! And what a goal it is! The corner is cleared away by Sakala at the near post, but he doesn't get a lot of distance on the header. Angelino runs onto it and puts his laces through it on the volley. It cuts through the crowd, McGregor sees it late, and it nestles into the bottom corner. 1-0 Leipzig!
GREAT SAVE! Nkunku steps across Bassey to help touch the ball onto Adams on the edge of the box, and he knocks it past Arfield before having a shot. He gets a lot of power behind it and McGregor gets fingertips to it as he pushes it over.
And Aribo is also taken off, with Arfield coming on in his place.
Double change for Rangers now, and Jack is the first player to make way. Sands comes on to replace him.
Henrichs is stretching in front of Barisic to try and keep the attack alive for Leipzig, and he goes down asking for a penalty. He initiated the contact so the referee waves the claims away, but the hosts are still trying to argue their case.
Kamara squares it to Jack in midfield, and there's a lot of space ahead of him, so he decides to have a go from range. It was a speculative effort at best and it sails over the bar.
GREAT CHANCE! It's a wonderful cross in from Angelino on the left and Nkunku just peels away at the far post to get on the end of it. He can't keep his header down though, and it flies over the bar.
Leipzig are back to dominating possession, and they're working it well down their left until Forsberg's throughball is cut out by Tavernier. He goes long, but Kent isn't on the same wavelength and Gulacsi comes out to collect it.
SAVE! Kent makes another brilliant run down the left and he cuts inside before having a go himself. He curls his shot across goal, but it's straight into Gulacsi's gloves.
Leipzig's intricate passing is cut out by Bassey and he breaks forward on the counter. He's making good progress until he slips, which gives Henrichs the chance to win it back.
And Szoboszlai is also making way, with Silva replacing him.
Leipzig are making a double change as they look for a breakthrough. Olmo is the first to go off, with Forsberg on in his place.
WHAT A MISS! It's a brilliant run from Nkunku, who weaves his way between two Rangers defenders before dragging it past McGregor. Barisic throws himself in front of the forward, which may have put him off, and he blazes it over the bar. It was a great chance!
Wright has struggled to get involved in the game, so he's taken off and replaced by Sakala.
Neither side has been able to keep hold of the ball in the last few minutes. McGregor's long ball to Wright is overhit before Halstenberg hits a sloppy pass straight past Olmo and out for a throw-in.
Kent makes another great run down the left and he pulls it back for Jack. It gets caught under his feet and he's dispossessed before he can feed in Kamara to his right.
Laimer has peeled away to the right to try and get onto the ball, and he finds some space on the wing. He drills a low cross into the box, but it's too close to McGregor.
It's better from Rangers, who are moving the ball a lot quicker now. Tavernier pulls it back to Aribo, who curls a first-time cross into the box, but he can only pick out Gvardiol, who hooks it away.
Leipzig look a bit frantic when they get into the final third at the moment. Henrichs has time and space down the right, but he swipes at a cross, sending it high into the stands.
Gvardiol's throughball is left by Olmo, which briefly catches out Rangers' defence as Nkunku brings it under control. He can't turn past Lundstram though and the chance goes to waste.
Rangers are pushing forward again here and Jack tries to slide it down the right for Aribo. He goes down, claiming he was blocked by Angelino, but the referee tells him to get back up.
GOOD SAVE! Szoboszlai pushes his way between two Rangers defenders before stretching to touch it back to the edge of the box. Nkunku runs onto it, firing a shot on goal and McGregor is well placed to push it away.
It's great work from Wright to keep it in down the right and he chips a cross to Aribo. He flicks it onto Tavernier, who is coming in behind him, and his first-time shot is blocked by Halstenberg.
GREAT CHANCE! Kent makes a brilliant run down the left and gets away from Klostermann with a clever bit of footwork in the box. He drills a low shot across goal but it rolls wide of the far post.
Klostermann plays a loose pass to Halstenberg and there's a moment of panic for Leipzig as Aribo chases it down. He gets there first, but his touch bounces off the defender and straight back to Gulacsi.
Rangers get us back underway for the second half!
Tedesco will be the happier of the two managers so far; Leipzig dominated the ball, enjoying 74 per cent possession, but without creating anything. Rangers couldn't get a foothold in the game in the first half, and every time they tried to go forward, they got sloppy. Van Bronckhorst will be expecting much better after the break.
It's goalless at the break between RB Leipzig and Rangers. It's been a very quiet game in terms of opportunities in front of goal, with neither side managing an effort on target. Laimer saw a shot blocked in the opening minute before Nkunku fluffed a great chance. At the other end, Rangers' only chance of note was a header over the bar from Goldson.
HALF-TIME: RB LEIPZIG 0-0 RANGERS.
Once again, it's Tavernier trying to make things happen for Rangers, and he drives forward through the middle. As soon as he gets over the halfway line though, three Leipzig players swarm around him, and he quickly loses out.
It's a great ball over the top from Laimer to pick out Adams' run and he leaves Goldson on the floor as he cuts inside. His cross lets him down though as it sails over everyone and out for a throw-in on the far side.
Angelino swings an early cross into the box this time, but it's way too high for Nkunku at the near post. Nobody is waiting at the far side and it's another comfortable clearance for Rangers.
Tavernier goes long with a throw-in and Aribo is trying to bring it down while sandwiched between two defenders. He manages to flick it on before he's penalised, much to his frustration, for catching Halstenberg with his elbow.
Leipzig are up to 71 per cent possession and they're trying to make it count as Olmo drives forward down the right. He fizzes another dangerous cross into the middle, but Nkunku can't get on the end of it.
It's a loose pass from Halstenberg this time and Tavernier steps in front of Angelino to intercept it. He's urging his team-mates to join him on the counter, but no one gets forward, and Angelino tracks back to win it.
BLOCK! Henrichs' cross to Nkunku is cut out by Goldson, but his clearance loops into the air. It drops nicely for Angelino, who hits a shot on the volley from close range, but the defender is in the right place to block it.
Tavernier swings the first corner of the game into the box and Goldson heads it over the bar. There's a clash between him and Halstenberg who tried to block it, but neither of them needs treatment.
Adams trips Kent and this is a good opportunity for Rangers to get the ball in the box. Tavernier swings it in from the right and Laimer can only flick it on, but Angelino takes it away from Goldson.
Another sloppy pass out from Rangers is intercepted by Laimer this time, and the hosts are back in possession. Laimer spots Nkunku's darting run between the defenders, but can only pick out Lundstram with the floated pass.
Leipzig are staying patient here as they continue to dominate in possession. They're working it from left to right, but still can't find a way to unlock Rangers' defence.
Tavernier's throughball is blocked by Halstenberg, but Aribo is quickly in to win it back off him. He tries to carry on the attack but finds his way blocked by Klostermann.
Rangers are enjoying a good spell of possession here, but it's all in their own half. Leipzig are pressing them high up the pitch and making it difficult for them to get out.
Leipzig are starting to exploit the space now and it's threaded through to Laimer. He initially does well to hold off Goldson, but the defender doesn't give it up and slides in to block his shot in front of McGregor.
CHANCE! Barisic misjudges the flight of Angelino's cross and Adams is behind him to take advantage. He fizzes it into Nkunku, who swipes at air when it first comes to him before hitting his actual shot against Bassey.
Szoboszlai lifts it over the top to Nkunku, but his flick-on is caught by McGregor. He goes for a more direct approach by playing it long to Wright, but a heavy first touch from him gives Gvardiol the chance to clear his lines.
It's still all Leipzig here at the moment and they're starting to find some space down the right. Laimer hooks a cross into the near post after getting away from Barisic, but McGregor collects.
Rangers have lost their last two away matches in Europe - against Red Star in the last 16 and Braga in the quarter-final. They haven't lost three consecutive such games in a single season since 2000-01, with the third game in that run coming against German opposition.
Kent's progress upfield is stopped by Halstenberg, and Leipzig have it back again. Rangers have dropped deep into a compact shape though, and Leipzig can't find a way through at the moment.

The teams are out on the pitch now, with kick-off just moments away!
Rangers have won just two of their last 24 matches in European competition away to German opposition (D9 L13), although one of those wins came at their last such attempt, defeating Borussia Dortmund in the play-offs in February.

Domenico Tedesco makes six changes to the side that lost to Berlin last time out, with Gvardiol, Henrichs, Laimer, Olmo, Szoboszlai, and Klostermann, who has recovered from Covid-19, coming in. They have a depleted bench though, due to Willi Orban, Mohamed Simakan and Kevin Kampl all being suspended. Poulsen, Forsberg and Mukiele are among the substitutes.
