That's all for today, goodbye!
This is Chelsea's first piece of silverware under Thomas Tuchel and only their second Champions League victory, last lifting the trophy in 2012. As for City, it just wasn't their night and they couldn't add to the EFL Cup and Premier League trophies that they'd already lifted this season.
CHELSEA WIN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE! Havertz's first-half goal wins it for Chelsea after they beat Manchester City 1-0! Just before half-time, Havertz got in between City's defenders to latch onto the ball and took it around the onrushing Ederson to put it into the empty net. Chelsea's solid defence frustrated City throughout, though Mahrez did have a late chance to equalise, but he volleyed his effort just over the bar.
90' + 6' CLOSE! It's a long throw-in from Walker on the right and Chelsea just can't get their lines clear as Pulisic's header falls for Mahrez on the edge of the box. He hits the shot on the volley and Mendy is completely wrong-footed but it sails just over the crossbar.
90' + 4' Tuchel is urging the fans to make more noise from the sidelines as Chelsea try and push forward again. Kante wins a free-kick on the halfway line, but the set-piece is put straight out for a City goal-kick by Azpilicueta.
90' + 2' Into the second of seven added minutes here and City are still throwing everything they have at Chelsea's backline. They switch it out to Walker on the right and he swings another good cross into the box but Christensen is there to head it clear.
90' GREAT CHANCE! It's an excellent fizzed cross into the six-yard box by Dias on the left but everyone misses it. Chilwell slides in at the far post but can't stop it from reaching Mahrez. He pulls it back for Foden in the middle, but the Chelsea defenders crowd around him and smother it.
Gabriel Jesus
Yellow Card
88' Jesus' frustration gets the better of him and he catches Havertz with a late challenge which earns him a yellow card.
86' Walker floats a brilliant ball into the box after cutting inside from the right. It's just ahead of Aguero so Foden throws himself forward to reach it but can't get a touch at the far post on the stretch.
84' Chelsea are still frustrating City with their compact shape and Ederson is forced to go long with his kick. James misses his clearance and it falls for Aguero, who tries to chip it towards the far post, but Mendy comes off his line to collect it.
82' Chilwell steps up to take the free-kick he won after he was clipped by Walker and his floated cross is headed away by Dias. It falls for James, who tees up Jorginho, but he drags his shot well wide of the far post from outside the box.
M. Kovačić
M. Mount
80' Third change for Chelsea now and it's Mount that's making way for Kovacic.
79' City continue to dominate possession here but are still struggling to get in behind Chelsea. It's switched out to Walker on the right, but Chilwell stays with him all the way and can't even win a corner after his cross rebounds back off him before going out.

72' City are still seeing a lot of the ball which means Chelsea are sitting deep and keeping their shape well. They work it out to Mahrez on the right and he whips another cross into the box, but Christensen is there to intercept it this time.
