Commentary

That's all for today. Thank you for joining us. Until next time, goodbye!
Both sides can still qualify for the last 16 of the Champions League, but victory for Atletico Madrid against already-qualified Bayern Munich later today would see them eliminated from the competition.
Salzburg move off the bottom of Group A with a 3-1 victory over Lokomotiv Moscow. Mergim Berisha's first-half brace put the visitors in control and despite the hosts pulling one back through an Anton Miranchuk penalty, substitute Karim Adeyemi sealed the points for Jesse Marsch's side.
90' + 5' FULL-TIME: LOKOMOTIV MOSCOW 1-3 FC SALZBURG
90' + 4' Another chance for Adeyemi as the ball sits up nicely for him. But he bends his shot just wide of the target.

F. Kamano
Zé Luís
89' Francois Kamano replaces Ze Luis for Lokomotiv.

86' HOW DID HE MISS?! Salzburg spring the offside trap and Guilherme is way out of goal! The ball is squared for Daka, who just needs to keep his composure, but shoots wide with the entire goal to aim at.
D. Rybchinskiy
D. Zhivoglyadov
84' Another Lokomotiv change with Zhivoglyadov replaced by Dmitri Rybchinskiy.
83' Salzburg go in search of a fourth goal with Mwepu pulling the strings once more. His shot takes a deflection before Guilherme helps it wide of the target.
K. Adeyemi
Goal
81' ADEYEMI!!! 3-1 SALZBURG! The two-goal buffer is restored! Murilo is caught in possession and Adeyemi races away into the space. He then shows tremendous composure to skip away from the defender, before calmly sweeping the ball home.

78' PENALTY TO LOKOMOTIV! The referee points to the spot after Ze Luis is pushed to the ground by Ramalho. A potential lifeline for the hosts.
P. Daka
D. Szoboszlai
77' Szoboszlai goes off to be replaced by Patson Daka in another change for the visitors.
75' At the other end, Corluka makes an important block to deny Berisha from a tight angle after another surging run from Mwepu.
73' Stubborn Salzburg! The visitors continue to stand firm as Lokomotiv threaten. Eder looks to connect with an inviting ball from the right, but Kristensen is quickly across to clear.
72' Neither side was in particularly good form heading into this game. Lokomotiv had just one win in nine, while Salzburg's 8-2 win over St Polten last weekend was their first in five outings.
K. Adeyemi
S. Koïta
70' Koita is also given a rest. Karim-David Adeyemi comes on in his place.
69' Great tackle! Eder looks to race in behind the Salzburg defence, but Ramalho times his sliding challenge to perfection to deny the striker a clear run on goal.
L. Sučić
M. Camara
69' Marsch sensibly deciding to withdraw Camara, who is replaced by Luka Sucic.
67' Space opens for Mwepu to let fly from distance. There is plenty of ferocity in his shot, but the goalkeeper beats it away to safety.
66' Camara needs to be careful! Already on a yellow card, he catches Miranchuk with a late challenge and is fortunate not to face the wrath of the referee at the very least.
64' Miranchuk looking to lead the Lokomotiv charge as he tries to release Ze Luis in behind with a throughball. However, his team-mate is not on the same wavelength and the ball runs through to the goalkeeper.
M. Mukhin
Yellow Card
62' Mukhin is booked after catching Junuzovic late.

58' Salzburg with a chance to counter at the other end with Mwepu leading the charge before finding Berisha. However, the hosts are able to stop the German in his tracks.
56' Good block! Lokomotiv look to find a way back into the game and it takes an important intervention from Ramalho to deny them a clear sight on goal.
54' Should Salzburg see this out and Atletico lose to Bayern later today, it would make for a fascinating finale to Group A next week. By then, the Austrian side could trail the Spaniards by just a single point, meaning a victory would send them through to the last 16.
52' The visitors picking up from where they left off in the first half as they quickly put themselves in the ascendancy. They will be keen to press home their advantage and deny Lokomotiv any opportunity to get back into the contest.
50' A goal is all that has been missing for Koita today. The Salzburg number seven already has an assist to his name and has had a couple of decent opportunities, which he has failed to take. However, you can see him getting more chances yet.
48' CHANCE! Salzburg could have put the game to bed there! Mwepu leads the charge before picking out Koita, who drags his shot whiskers wide of the far post.
46' The hosts get the ball rolling once more.
M. Mukhin

V. Ignatjev
S. Rajković
46' Lokomotiv make a triple-change at the break. The first sees Rajkovic replaced by Vladislav Ignatjev.
Having offered very little attacking threat so far, Lokomotiv must improve after the break if they are to take anything from this game. Remember, a win would move them second for the time being.
Mergim Berisha's brace has put Salzburg in control at the RDZ Arena. As things stand, they would leapfrog Lokomotiv Moscow into third place in Group A and cut the gap on second-placed Atletico Madrid to just a single point.
45' + 3' HALF-TIME: LOKOMOTIV MOSCOW 0-2 FC SALZBURG
M. Camara
Yellow Card
45' + 1' Camara receives the first yellow card of the game for a late challenge on Corluka. He will miss Salzburg's final group game against Atletico as a result.
45' There are going to be three additional minutes at the end of this first half.
43' Lokomotiv are yet to score three goals in a single match this season. That must change if they are to complete a miraculous turnaround here.
S. Koïta
Assist
41' Full marks to Koita for his awareness and execution to perfectly pick out the run of Berisha.
M. Berisha
Goal
41' BERISHA AGAIN!!! 2-0 SALZBURG! Another devastating counter by the visitors! Lokomotiv fail to clear their lines and Koita sends Berisha clear with a brilliant first-time throughball. The German calmly tucks away his second goal of the game.
39' OFF THE LINE! Right on cue, Lokomotiv go close to an equaliser! A deep corner is cushioned into the path of Murilo, whose header is blocked on the line. Ze Luis then fires a shot back in from distance, which Stankovic just about scrambles away to safety.
37' As things stand, there is only one side looking like winning this game and that is Salzburg. Lokomotiv are yet to launch a genuine threat on the visitors' goal.
35' SIDE-NETTING! Koita embarks on a dangerous jinking run into the box. He gets his shot away, but it just goes the wrong side of the near post.
34' Lokomotiv need a response but they will take confidence from the fact they are confronted by the leakiest defence in Europe's premier competition this term. Salzburg have conceded 14 goals in their opening four games.
32' That is goal number three for Berisha in this season's Champions League. How important could it prove to be for his side?
30' Salzburg's celebrations were temporarily put on hold as they awaited a VAR check. However, the referee indicates that the goal stands are the visitors hit the front.
M. Berisha
Goal
28' BERISHA!!! 1-0 SALZBURG! The visitors make their pressure tell! Lokomotiv make a couple of vital blocks inside their own area, but are powerless as the ball breaks for Berisha. The forward, who was ruled offside not so long ago, makes no mistake this time.
26' Lokomotiv camped inside their own half as Salzburg look to find a way through. The hosts manage to stand firm for the time being.
24' Still goalless as we pass the midway point in the first half at the RDZ Arena. Salzburg have certainly carried the greater threat of the two sides, but to no avail as of yet.
22' Vital touch! The visitors threaten again as Koita is well-found in the box. Gearing up for a powerful volley, he is just about to pull the trigger when gets a toe to the ball to deny him.
20' Salzburg definitely deserved a goal after that flowing move and Berisha will be disappointed not to have held his line better there.
18' OFFSIDE! A lovely build-up from Salzburg sees them move the ball neatly from left to right. A low cross is subsequently turned in by Berisha at the far post, but he is rightly denied by the offside flag.
16' Fair to say Lokomotiv are not in the best run of form coming into this game. Indeed, they have recorded just one victory in their last nine across all competitions.
14' Just 21 years of age, today marks Magkeev's first start in the Champions League. Stepping in for the experienced Grzegorz Krychowiak, he certainly has big shoes to fill.
12' Magkeev lucky to escape a booking as he catches Camara with a late challenge. The Salzburg midfielder takes a moment to recover, but is soon back on his feet.
10' Once again, the visitors looking dangerous on the counter. They just need to show a bit more composure in the final third as they seek to break the deadlock.
8' Great build-up from Salzburg on the right flank sees Corluka fail to deal with the resulting cross. It falls to Koita but he is unable to get the ball under control quickly enough, and Corluka recovers to block Berisha's eventual shot.
7' It is not only Champions League progress that is up for grabs for both sides. A victory for either here would ensure European football going into the new year, guaranteeing a Europa League place at the very least.
5' GREAT TACKLE! Mwepu demonstrates his endurance with a powerful 60-yard run to turn defence into attack for Salzburg. He finds Koita in the box, but Rajkovic times his sliding tackle to perfection to stop him in his tracks.
3' Lisakovich makes his own luck with a surging run into the heart of the Salzburg defence. A couple of fortunate bounces break the way of the Lokomotiv midfielder, who seeks out the run of Zhivoglyadov, but his attempted pass is lacking the required accuracy.
1' The referee blows his whistle and Salzburg get the match underway!
The players are making their way out onto the field. Kick-off is moments away.
Desperately needing a win, both sides will also be hoping Bayern Munich can do them a favour in today's other Group A match. If Bayern win, Lokomotiv will leapfrog Atletico with victory, while Salzburg would close the gap on the second-placed Spanish outfit to a single point should they prevail.
There are also five alterations to the Salzburg side that beat St Polten 8-2 over the weekend. Jesse Marche recalls Sedou Koita, who scored a hat-trick as a second-half substitute in that game, to partner Mergim Berisha in attack. Enock Mwepu and Mohamed Camara also return to the starting XI for the visitors, along with Rasmus Kristensen and Andre Ramalho.
Marko Nikolic makes five changes to the Lokomotiv side that began their 0-0 draw with Akhmat Grozny on Saturday. Guilherme is back in goal after a ban, while Vedran Corluka returns from suspension to captain the hosts. Eder is also recalled and will partner Ze Luis up front.
