That's all for today. Thank you for following our live coverage. Until next time, goodbye!
Lazio will look to maintain the pressure on Juventus when they travel to Genoa next weekend. Meanwhile, Inter are in Europa League action on Thursday against Ludogorets.
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic was the hero as Lazio came from behind to record a huge 2-1 victory over Inter. The final whistle sparked emotional scenes at the Stadio Olimpico, where a Ciro Immobile penalty cancelled out Ashley Young's first-half effort. The hosts move to within a point of Juventus at the top of Serie A, while Inter missed out on the chance to return to the summit.
S. Milinković-Savić
Yellow Card
90' + 4' Milinkovic-Savic is booked as the clock ticks into the final minute of stoppage time at the Stadio Olimpico.
90' + 1' WHAT A BLOCK! A nervy Strakosha clearance invites pressure on the Lazio goal. Sanchez and Eriksen find Lukaku, but Radu throws his body in the way of his goalbound shot.
M. Lazzari
Yellow Card
90' Lazzari has his name taken by the referee.
88' This would be Inter's first away defeat in Serie A this season unless they can find a dramatic equaliser. The last time they were beaten on the road in the Italian top flight was against Napoli in May.
A. Sánchez
D. Godín
86' A final throw of the dice from Conte, who makes a very attacking change by introducing Alexis Sanchez in favour of Godin.
85' CHANCE! What a save from Padelli! Immobile brilliantly gets away from Godin before bearing down on goal, but the Inter goalkeeper reacts well to tip his shot away.
82' Should the result remain this way, Inter will hope it is not one they regret come the end of the season. They will have squandered an opportunity to return to the top of Serie A, and know they cannot afford to waste too many of those.
D. Cataldi
Lucas Leiva
80' Final change for Lazio sees Lucas make way for Danilo Cataldi.
D. Godín
Yellow Card
79' Inter's frustration is evident as Godin is booked for a challenge on Lazzari.
78' OFFSIDE! NO GOAL! Inter thought they had equalised as Martinez headed in Young's square ball. However, the linesman's flag was rightly raised on the far side.
C. Eriksen
M. Brozović
77' Meanwhile, Christian Eriksen comes on in place of Brozovic.
V. Moses
A. Candreva
76' Inter turn to the bench with a double substitution. The first sees Candreva make way for Victor Moses.
73' It is worth noting that this would be Lazio's 15th win in 19 games in Serie A. A truly remarkable run of form which, if they can maintain it, would make for a gripping finale to this season's title race.
71' What a turnaround from Lazio! They are on course for only their second league win over Inter in eight attempts. More importantly, this result would move them to within a point of Serie A leaders Juventus.
S. Milinković-Savić
69' LAZIO LEAD!!! 2-1! The hosts complete the turnaround! De Vrij did brilliantly to clear Immobile's initial volley off the line. However, the ball breaks kindly for Milinkovic-Savic, who bends the rebound into the corner and beyond the reach of Padelli.
66' NO PENALTY! Young goes to ground in Lazio's penalty area following Felipe's challenge. However, the referee waves away any appeals - much to the dismay of the former Manchester United skipper.
65' Will the fresh legs make a difference as we head into the final 25 minutes of this contest? There is still everything to play for at the Stadio Olimpico.
M. Lazzari
63' Meanwhile, Jony goes off to be replaced by Manuel Lazzari.
J. Correa
F. Caicedo
63' Lazio have made a double change. The first of which sees Caicedo make way for Joaquin Correa.
60' These two sides have the joint-best defences in Serie A, having both conceded just 21 goals this season. You feel that neither will give too much away in the final half an hour here.
Luiz Felipe
Yellow Card
57' Felipe has his name taken after his challenge on Martinez was a fraction too late.
55' Lukaku will never test the goalkeeper with free-kicks like that, but the Belgian has enjoyed impressive recent form in front of goal. In fact, he has found the net four times in his last three away games.
53' Inter look to respond immediately as they are awarded a free-kick on the edge of the penalty area. Lukaku steps up but sends his delivery way over the bar.
52' We are all square at the Stadio Olimpico following goal number 26 of the season for Immobile. We have a hugely exciting second half to look forward to here.
Lucas Leiva
Yellow Card
51' Yellow card Lucas Pezzini Leiva
C. Immobile
Penalty Goal
50' 1-1!!! IMMOBILE EQUALISES! No problem for the skipper, who calmly sends Padelli the wrong way to level proceedings.
S. de Vrij
Yellow Card
48' De Vrij is shown a yellow card for a push on Immobile that led to the penalty.
48' PENALTY TO LAZIO! The referee points to the spot following a huge mix-up in the Inter defence that resulted in De Vrij pushing Immobile to the ground.
46' There goes the whistle and Lazio get the ball rolling once more.
Lazio will be disappointed to trail at the break, but there were plenty of positives in that first-half performance from Simone Inzaghi's side. They are unbeaten at home in Serie A this season and will be eager to continue that record today.
Inter lead following a closely fought first half at the Stadio Olimpico. Ashley Young's first goal for the visitors separates the sides at the break.
45' + 1' Inter have edged their noses in front as we enter the first of two additional minutes at the end of this first half.
A. Young
44' GOAL!!! YOUNG PUTS INTER IN FRONT! The former Manchester United skipper volleys the visitors in front with his first goal for the club. Strakosha can only parry Candreva's fierce initial effort straight into the path of Young, who volleys home on the rebound.
42' Meanwhile, Lukaku unwittingly collides with the linesman after contesting for the ball down the right wing. The official is limping slightly as the Belgian apologises for the incident.
40' Immobile is left furious after he goes down under a strong challenge from Godin, only for the referee not to award a free-kick in his favour. However, it was a fair challenge from the Inter defender and the Lazio skipper can have few complaints.
37' At the other end, Jony delivers a dangerous ball from the left and De Vrij takes no chances as he puts it behind for a corner, despite Padelli coming out to gather.
35' A scare for Lazio as Lukaku latches onto a long ball over the top of the defence. However, the linesman raises his flag after the Belgian began his run a fraction too early.
32' Young seeks out Lukaku and Martinez with a deep ball into the box from the left flank. However, there is just too much power on the delivery and it goes behind for a goal kick.
30' We are still goalless after half an hour, but it has been a thoroughly entertaining contest so far with both sides carrying dangerous attacking threats.
28' Lazio's talisman will also be eager to maintain his impressive recent record on home soil, having netted seven times in Lazio's last five games at the Stadio Olimpico.
26' Immobile is looking to add to the 25 goals he has already scored in Serie A this season. No player has managed more in the Italian top flight.
24' Lazio turn up the pressure with Lucas and Immobile shooting narrowly over with attempts from just outside the box.
22' Panic over for the visitors for now as Barrella makes his way back onto the field.
20' A worry for Inter as Barrella stays down after taking a knock during the lead-up to that opportunity. The Cagliari loanee makes his way to the touchline for further treatment.
19' GOOD SAVE! Inter launch a quickfire counter with Brozovic leading the charge. The skipper eventually lays the ball off for Lukaku to strike, but Strakosha gets down well to push it away.
16' Good play! A neat flick-on by Lukaku releases Candreva in behind the defence. He looks to square the ball for Martinez, but a timely intervention denies the Argentine a clear sight of goal.
15' Nothing comes of the resulting delivery but, within a couple of minutes, a patient build-up leads to Candreva's cross deflecting behind for an Inter corner.
13' The hosts certainly have their tails up at the moment. Following more impressive play, they force their first corner of the game.
11' Lazio are protecting an 18-match unbeaten run in Serie A today. Ironically, their last defeat in the Italian top flight came against Inter back in September.
9' OFF THE BAR! What an effort that was! Space opens for Milinkovic-Savic to let fly with a rasping 25-yard effort that crashes against the upright with Padelli stranded.
8' Lazio are beginning to find their feet as they knock the ball around and build confidence.
6' The visitors will be aiming to continue their impressive away record against Lazio today, having won each of the last three meetings between the sides at the Stadio Olimpico.
4' Godin climbs well to meet the resulting corner, but is unable to keep his header down.
3' Inter have made a promising start at Stadio Olimpico; dominating possession and forcing the first corner of the match.
1' The referee blows his whistle and Inter get the match underway!
The players are out on the field and kick-off is moments away.
Juventus’ victory over Brescia knocked Inter off the top of Serie A earlier today, but they will return to the summit with three points here. However, a win for Lazio would see them leapfrog Conte’s men into second place – one point behind Juve.
Meanwhile, Antonio Conte opts for four changes to the Inter side that were beaten by Napoli in the first leg of their Coppa Italia semi-final in midweek. There are recalls for Diego Godin and Antonio Candreva, as well as Ashley Young and Matias Vecino.
Simone Inzaghi makes just two changes to the Lazio side that won 1-0 at Parma last weekend. Stefan Radu replaces Patric in the three-man defence, while Sergej Milinkovic-Savic comes into midfield with Marco Parolo making way.
SUBS: Samir Handanovic, Tommaso Berni, Christian Eriksen, Cristiano Biraghi, Alessandro Bastoni, Victor Moses, Danilo D’Ambrosio, Lucien Agoume, Filip Stankovic, Borja Valero, Andrea Ranocchia, Alexis Sanchez.
INTER (3-5-2): Daniele Padelli; Diego Godin, Stefan de Vrij, Milan Skriniar; Antonio Candreva, Matias Vecino, Marcelo Brozovic (captain), Nicolo Barella, Ashley Young; Romelo Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
SUBS: Guido Guerrieri, Silvio Proto, Patric, Manuel Lazzari, Danilo Cataldi, Marco Parolo, Denis Vavro, Bastos, Andre Anderson, Jordan Lukaku, Joaquin Correa, Djavan Anderson, Bobby Adekanye.
LAZIO (3-5-2): Thomas Strakosha; Luiz Felipe, Francesco Acerbi, Stefan Radu; Adam Marusic, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Lucas Leiva, Luis Alberto, Jony; Felipe Caicedo, Ciro Immobile.
It is third against second in the Italian top flight. A win for Inter would move them back to the top of the table on goal difference.
