Thanks for joining us for live coverage of Eintracht Frankfurt's 1-0 win over West Ham in the second leg of their Europa League semi-final.

Glasner's men can now look forward to a meeting with Rangers in the final on 18th May, where the winner will lift the Europa League trophy. They have domestic duties first though, facing Borussia Monchengladbach and then Mainz before they do battle with the Scottish side. For West Ham, they will have to put this disappointment behind them and turn their attentions back to the Premier League. They still have work to do if they want to play European football next season, with a visit to Norwich City next as they look to fend off Wolves for the final European place.

The referee blows the final whistle, and it will be Eintracht Frankfurt who will play Rangers in the final of the Europa League. They were helped early on, when the visitors went down to 10 men. A long ball over the top caused all sorts of havoc, and Cresswell chose to drag down Hauge. The defender was initially awarded just a yellow card, but after a VAR check the referee chose to instead send him off. It got worse for the Hammers soon after, when Knauff picked out Borre in the box with a low cross. The striker made no mistake with the finish, and sent it into the bottom left corner past Areola to make it 1-0. The visitors huffed and puffed late on, going close with Antonio and Soucek. However, they couldn't find a way through, and it's the German side who advance.

90' + 5' Both Rice and Yarmolenko see late shots either saved or blocked, and it doesn't look as if they'll have time to create any more chances.

90' + 4' Moyes' side have given it a bit of a go late on, but the hosts have surely done enough now to get themselves to Seville.

90' + 2' Jakic ignores the options to his left and instead decides to have a pop at goal from distance. It ends up being the wrong choice, as his shot is always rising and flies well over.

90' What a chance for the visitors! Soucek gets on the end of a corner, but his header at the back post goes just wide. He will felt he should've done better there.

88' Rice plays a superb diagonal ball to pick out Antonio on the counter, but Trapp is able to easily save the striker's left-footed effort. That could've been West Ham's chance to set up a nervy late finish for the hosts.

86' Toure drills an effort at goal, but Areola is able to tip it over for a corner. It may have been heading over anyway, but Areola took no chances.

85' Jakic pulls the ball back across goal for Paciencia, but Dawson does well to nip in front of the striker and clear the ball for a corner.

83' Paciencia nearly scores straight after coming on, but his left-footed volley flies wide after Kostic found him in the middle.

75' Kostic drags down Bowen for a free-kick in a good crossing position. The set-piece is then swung in, and it pings around the box before Benrahma sees a shot deflected behind. The Algerian claims for a handball, but the referee disagrees.

71' The German side are looking the more likely to grab the next goal here. If they find one, it will surely kill this tie off.

69' Zouma gets in with a big header to stop a Kostic floated cross from reaching Borre in the middle. Kamada then shoots from the left of the box, but his effort slides harmlessly wide of the post.

68' Time is running out quickly for Moyes' team if they are to make a dramatic comeback and get themselves into the final.

64' A deep free-kick ends up with Dawson at the back-post. The defender whips the ball back across the face of goal, but it's too high for any of his team-mates and skips away for a throw.

62' Bowen floats a delivery into the box from the right, but the ball is very poor and Soucek can't reach it as it runs away for a throw-in.

60' Antonio whips an excellent cross into the middle of the box, where Dawson is waiting. The centre-back heads down into the ground and towards the right of the goal, but Trapp does well to shift to his left and gather it.

59' The visitors have never beaten a German team away from home in three attempts.

57' Bowen sends a low ball into a really dangerous area. However, Toure is well placed to hack it clear before Antonio can tap in at the back post.

56' Sow shoots from 30 yards out, but his low effort is drilled well wide of the left post.

54' Hauge and Kamada look to link up in the box, but the former misplaces a pass at the crucial time and the West Ham defence is able to clear upfield.

52' Kostic floats a cross to the back post, but Johnson does enough to put off Knauff as he tries to head at goal. The flag later goes up, as the ball had already gone out for a goal kick.

51' Coufal lobs another long-throw into the box, but the referee spots an infringement in the box and awards the hosts a free-kick.

49' Borre fizzes a volley at goal, but Areola does well to get down to his left and gather the shot.

48' The hosts have a spell of possession, but a loose pass out to Kostic on the left kills the momentum of the attack as the Hammers will have a throw-in.

46' The visitors get us back under way for the second period. Can they pull off a dramatic comeback?

Moyes will be desperate to get back into this tie and reach the final. Will he call upon the likes of Yarmolenko and Benrahma off the bench to help his side?

The referee blows the whistle to end a first half in which the hosts have put themselves into the ascendancy. They go into the break a goal up, giving themselves a 3-1 advantage in the tie. West Ham's task was made tougher after nearly 20 minutes, when Cresswell didn't deal well with a long ball and ended up dragging down Hauge. The referee initially awarded the defender a yellow card, but after a VAR check he changed his mind and instead sent off the defender. Things went from bad to worse for the Hammers on 26 minutes, when Knauff dragged the ball back into the middle of the box for Borre, who dispatched his finish into the bottom corner. The English side nearly pulled a goal back on the stroke of half-time, when a free-kick was nudged at goal by Zouma. However, Ndicka cleared off the line to ensure the game goes to the interval with the scoreline 1-0.

45' + 1' Rode lets fly from distance, but his left-footed effort is well wide of the left post.

45' The referee adds on four minutes of additional time at the end of the first-half.

44' So close for the visitors! The free-kick is swung in from the right, and it goes through a crowd of players all the way to the back-post. It's nudged towards goal by Zouma, but is then cleared off the line by Ndicka.

41' This is the first time that West Ham have faced a German team away in Europe since the first leg of the Cup Winners’ Cup in the 1975-76 campaign. This was a 2-1 defeat away at Eintracht Frankfurt.

39' If Eintracht Frankfurt progress here, they will become the first German side to reach both a UEFA Cup and Europa League final.

26' The hosts take the lead!!! Borre is the scorer, after an excellent move. Knauff was played in down the right, before he laid the ball back to Borre in space in the box. The striker makes no mistake with the finish, as he drags it into the bottom left corner past Areola to make it 1-0 in the second leg and 3-1 in the tie.

24' The last side to advance to a Europa League final after losing the first leg of the semi-finals was Liverpool in the 2015/16 season. Prior to this campaign, only four of the 17 teams who have lost the first leg have progressed to the final. Can the visitors defy the odds here?

19' Cresswell is off!!! The referee goes to the pitchside monitor, and decides to revoke the yellow card and instead send off Cresswell. The task gets much tougher for the visitors.

19' A long ball over the top causes Cresswell issues, before he drags down Hauge. The referee decides to only book him, but is now going to VAR to assess whether Cresswell should've been sent off. This is a huge moment in the tie.

17' The German side have advanced from 22 of their 25 European two-legged ties after winning the first leg, while they’ve never been knocked out after winning an away first leg.

15' Coufal launches a long throw into the box, but it's poor and Trapp is able to rush out of his goal and catch it. He tries to set his team away on a counter with a long hoof upfield, but Dawson is able to deal with the danger.

13' There's been a lack of quality going forward so far, with both sides struggling to create anything of note. Which side can produce a bit of magic to grab the opening goal?

11' The German side take a corner short, with Kostic laying the ball back to Hauge. However, the latter's cross is well overhit and the ball flies over everybody's head and out for a goal kick.

10' Kostic floats a cross in from the left, but Rice is well-positioned to hack it clear for a throw-in before any harm can be done.

8' Hinteregger does indeed make way, with Toure on to replace him.

7' The defender is down again, and we'll surely now see the hosts make a change.

6' The Austrian centre-back comes back onto the pitch, although he isn't looking very comfortable in doing so.

6' Hinteregger is off the field but he hasn't been substituted as of yet, as he receives treatment on the side of the pitch.

5' Hinteregger is down clutching at his hamstring, and Glasner may be forced into an early change here.

3' Cresswell swings an early corner in, but the hosts are able to scramble it clear at the second attempt.

Visiting boss David Moyes goes with four alterations from the team who lost against Arsenal, as Dawson and Soucek return to the side. Areola is preferred in goal to Fabianski, while Antonio will start up top. Benrahma, Fredericks and Noble start on the bench.

Home head coach Oliver Glasner makes six changes from the loss at Leverkusen, with Rode and Sow replacing Jakic and Hrustic in central midfield, while Hinteregger comes in for Hasebe in defence. Knauff, Kamada and Borre are the other players chosen to start, with Ache, Paciencia and Chandler all dropping to the bench.

The visitors made it to the semi-final stage after beating Lyon 4-1 on aggregate in the last round, winning 3-0 in France in the second leg to secure their progression. The Hammers will need another big away performance here if they are to overturn the deficit and reach the final in Seville. They’ve also been in domestic action since the first leg, losing 2-1 at home to Arsenal.

The hosts take a lead into this second game, after winning 2-1 in London a week ago. They reached the semi-final after overcoming Barcelona 4-3 on aggregate in the quarter-finals, and currently sit 11th in their domestic league. Their last match was a 2-0 away defeat to Leverkusen in the Bundesliga.
