UEFA Champions League
UEFA Europa League
UEFA Conference League Qualifiers

That's all from us today folks, we hope you enjoyed the game!
Chelsea will now turn their attentions back to the Champions League as they welcome Real Madrid in their semi-final second leg on Wednesday. Meanwhile it looks very bleak at the bottom for Fulham, who are 18th, nine points adrift of safety. They will face Burnley next time out.
Chelsea close the gap on third-placed Leicester City to just two points with a 2-0 victory over Fulham, thanks to a brace from Havertz. They led 1-0 at the break and they doubled their lead just four minutes after the restart, after a one-two between Werner and Havertz, with the latter coolly finishing. Fulham struggled to test Chelsea in the second half and in the end, it was a comfortable win for the hosts.
O. Aina
Yellow Card
90' + 4' Free-kick to Chelsea right on the edge of the penalty area after Aina slides in and stops Werner just as he was about to break into the box. A definite yellow card for the Fulham defender.
90' + 2' Stoppage in play here as Mendy is down with a head injury after Carvalho just catches him on the head as he tries to reach the ball. The medical staff are on the pitch, but he should be fine to continue.
90' There will be a minimum of four minutes added time played at the end of the second half.
89' There's just a minute plus any stoppage time left to play now, can Fulham nick a late consolation goal?
87' Decent effort! Onomah does well to stop Zouma in his tracks and then set up a counter for Fulham. The ball makes it way to Robinson on the edge of the box and he fires an effort towards goal, however, it flies well over the crossbar.
85' Of the 374 top-flight fixtures to have been played at least 50 times, Fulham have the lowest win rate against an opponent, managing just three wins in their 51 such meetings with Chelsea (6 per cent).
83' Fulham just haven't offered enough in attack today, Maja was hardly involved up top for the visitors and Mendy hasn't been tested in this second period.
Marcos Alonso
B. Chilwell
81' Chelsea also make their final change, with Chilwell replaced by Alonso at left-back.
A. Mitrović
J. Maja
81' Another Fulham change now, with Maja replaced up top by Mitrovic.
80' There isn't much pace to the game at the moment, with all of the changes taking the sting out of it and Chelsea just seem to be trying to see it out.
Fábio Carvalho
M. Lemina
78' Carvalho is on for his Fulham debut, replacing Lemina.
J. Onomah
Ivan Cavaleiro
78' Double Fulham substitution now, the first of which sees Cavaleiro head off the pitch and he has been replaced by Onomah.
T. Abraham
M. Mount
76' It looks like Tuchel is going to give Mount a rest, as he is replaced by Abraham.
74' Almost! Havertz unleashes James on the overlap down the right wing and the wing-back tries to find Werner in the six-yard box. However, Areola gets down quickly and makes the block.
72' Fulham have won just one of their 29 Premier League matches against Chelsea (D10 L18), winning 1-0 in March 2006 at Craven Cottage.
70' It looks like Mount has a problem here for Chelsea, as he clatters to the floor directly onto his back after a collision with Lemina and he seems to be in a bit of pain. The medical team are on the pitch giving him some treatment.
68' It looks like Mount will push slightly further up the pitch now, with Kante sitting back alongside Gilmour, which allows Mount to have more freedom to attack.
N. Kanté
H. Ziyech
66' Chelsea made their first change of the game, with Ziyech the man coming off and he has been replaced by Kante.
64' Good defending! Anguissa does well to break forward and he skips past a couple of Chelsea players, however, James expertly steps across and wins the ball back.
62' Mitrovic would be a key man to bring on for Fulham. The striker could make the difference for the visitors and use his aerial presence and strength to test the Chelsea defence, adding something different to the attack.
60' Fulham are getting into some good positions in the final third, but their crosses into the box just haven't been good enough and they are easy for Chelsea to defend.
58' It will be interesting to see how long Parker leaves it before making some changes here, as Chelsea look very comfortable in all areas at the moment.
56' Fulham need something soon to give themselves some hope of getting a point or more out of the game. As it stands they are nine points from safety, with only four games left to play.
54' Werner (11 goals, 10 assists) is the first player to register double figures for both goals and assists in his debut season (all comps) for Chelsea since Eden Hazard in 2012-13
52' It will be very difficult for Fulham to get back into the game now, Chelsea look very comfortable and should be able to see the game out and clinch the three points.
50' VAR CHECK! There is a slight delay on the restart as VAR take a look at the goal, just making sure Havertz wasn't offside at all in the build-up. However, there are no issues and the goal stands.
T. Werner
49' Werner got forward to help his team-mate out and played a good one-two with his fellow German international, slotting it in behind for him to run onto and then finish.
K. Havertz
49' GOOOAAALLL! Havertz gets his second of the game and he doubles Chelsea’s lead, it’s 2-0! Chilwell plays a lovely ball forward to Havertz, who sprints forward and plays a one-two with Werner on the edge of the box, receiving the ball back in behind the Fulham defence and he just slides it into the back of the net. Great move and finish.
48' Chelsea are seeing most of the early possession here in the second half, just probing forward and looking to open up the Fulham defence.
46' The second half is under way!
Fulham will be disappointed to be a goal down at the break as they have created opportunities of their own, only to be denied by Mendy in goal. However, if Chelsea can double their lead early on in the second half then you would expect them to see the game out.
Chelsea lead 1-0 at the break, after Havertz opened the scoring early on 10 minutes, following a quick break and lovely vision and skill by Mount to set him up. Havertz had the ball in the back of the net again a few minutes later, but it was quickly ruled out for offside. Ziyech should have doubled their lead after another counter, but Areola pulled off a brilliant save to keep it at 1-0. Mendy has also been called into action at the other end to deny Lookman and Aina for Fulham, who almost equalised in stoppage time.
45' + 2' SAVE! Huge chance for Fulham in stoppage time! The ball falls nicely for Aina on the edge of the box, who drills a low effort towards goal, but it takes a big deflection and this almost catches Mendy out. However, the keeper just manages to readjust in time and makes a brilliant save.
45' There will be a minimum of one minute added time played at the end of the first half.
43' It's just not quite happening for Werner at the moment, he is heavily involved up front for Chelsea, but the ball just won't quite drop for him in front of goal.
K. Zouma
Yellow Card
41' The first yellow card of the game is shown to Zouma after he dives into the back of Anguissa and gets nowhere near the ball.
39' CHANCE! Ziyech should make it 2-0! Chelsea counter quickly, with Werner latching onto the end of a pass from Mount and he squares it across goal for Ziyech to sprint onto the end of and he fires an effort towards goal. However, Areola does brilliantly to read it and dives across and makes a brilliant stop.
38' There isn’t long left to play before the end of the first half, can Chelsea double their lead before the half-time whistle?
36' Chelsea have lost just one of their 14 Premier League games under Tuchel (W8 D5), having lost five of their last eight under Frank Lampard this season (W2 D1).
34' Despite the scoreline, Parker will probably be quite pleased by his side's performance so far today - they have played well, but just can't break through this strong Chelsea side.
32' Another good move by Mount, popping up in space on the edge of the box and he slides it through the Fulham defence for Havertz. However, he makes his run too early and is caught offside.
30' Good defending! Adarabioyo does really well to step across Werner to stop him from getting on a through ball in the box and allows Areola to come out and gather.
29' We’re almost at the half an hour mark now and it remains Chelsea who lead 1-0 at Stamford Bridge, thanks to a goal from Havertz after 10 minutes.
27' There is a coming together between Cavaleiro and Chilwell in the penalty area after a cross is whipped into the box from the left wing and the Fulham man half-heartedly appeals for a penalty. However, there was nothing in that and the referee allows play to continue.
25' Chelsea are playing a good high press, which is stopping Fulham from creating a move from deep and instead they are having to play long balls in behind.
23' SAVE! Excellent stop by Mendy to deny Lookman! Chelsea fail to clear the danger following a set piece and it falls to Lookman, who drills a low effort towards the bottom left corner of the net. However, Mendy gets down quickly and tips it around the post.
22' Blocked! Thiago Silva plays a poor pass into the feet of Gilmour and the midfielder loses possession around 20 yards out, with Maja nicking it off his toes and he races forward. It gets played out to Reid, who fires a low strike towards goal, however, Thiago Silva gets across and makes a good block.
21' Mount has been directly involved in more goals in all competitions than any other Chelsea player under Tuchel (5 goals, 2 assists).
19' Mount has been excellent early on here, he is everywhere in midfield, helping out at the back and also getting forward and creating opportunities in front of goal.
17' GOAL RULED OUT! Havertz has the ball in the back of the net once again but it is instantly ruled out for offside. The German international made his run in behind far too early as a pass was played through to him by Mount, but it was another lovely finish.
16' It only seems like a matter of time before Chelsea get their second of the game, they are dominating and Fulham are struggling to deal with these balls in behind their defence.
14' Chelsea look very comfortable now, playing the game at their own pace and keeping Fulham at bay. They'll be hoping to wrap up the win early on and then they can turn their attentions to the Champions League in midweek.
12' Fulham had started brightly, keeping possession well but they just couldn't stop Chelsea there and now they have it all to do to get something out of the game.
M. Mount
10' Superb touch and pass by Mount to set up Havertz for the opening goal. The midfielder made the run forward for the long ball and controlled it brilliantly, before laying it through to Havertz, who did the rest with a fine finish.
K. Havertz
10' GOOOAAALLL! Havertz fires Chelsea ahead after just 10 minutes, it’s 1-0! It comes from a long ball over the top from the back and Mount controls it brilliantly, getting away from his marker and then just sliding it through to Havertz in behind, who coolly slots it into the bottom right corner of the net.
9' Chelsea are unbeaten in their last 18 home games against Fulham in all competitions (W10 D8) since a 0-2 second tier defeat in October 1979.
7' Not too far away! Chelsea counter quickly and work the ball into the Fulham penalty area, with Chilwell getting forward down the left wing and he drills a low cross into the box for Werner. However, the striker just can't reach it and Fulham clear the danger.
5' SAVE! Havertz loses possession close to the halfway line far too easily and Robinson nicks it off his toes and then drives forward towards the Chelsea penalty area. The left-back unleashes a powerful strike towards goal, which Mendy has to tip over the crossbar. Superb strike.
3' It looks like Havertz might be playing in the central role up top for Chelsea today, with Ziyech out to the right and Werner to the left. A very attacking line-up for the hosts.
1' We're under way!
The teams are out on the pitch and kick-off is just a few minutes away, stay tuned for all the match action!
Meanwhile Scott Parker sticks with the same starting XI that drew with Arsenal last weekend, with Maja and Cavaleiro leading the line up front and Reid and Lookman providing the width.
Thomas Tuchel has made four changes to his side, perhaps resting a few ahead of the Champions League tie in midweek. Rudiger, Azpilicueta, Jorginho and Pulisic drop out of the side and they have been replaced by Zouma, James, Gilmour and Ziyech.
FULHAM SUBS: Marek Radak, Kenny Tete, Michael Hector, Dennis Odoi, Aleksandar Mitrovic, Tim Ream, Joe Bryan, Josh Onomah, Fabio Carvalho.

Meanwhile Fulham are at the opposite end of the table and are in a huge battle to stay up. They are currently nine points adrift, following Brighton’s earlier victory over Leeds and there are now only four games left to play, so time is running out for Scott Parker’s side.
Chelsea could tighten their grip on fourth spot with a win today, after beating fifth-placed West Ham last weekend. The Blues are unbeaten in their last four games in all competitions, including a 1-1 draw with Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-finals in midweek.
