UEFA Champions League
UEFA Europa League

Thanks for joining our commentary this afternoon. Until next time, goodbye.
Burnley are next in action in the Premier League at Tottenham next Sunday, while West Brom host Brighton and Hove Albion next Saturday.
Burnley and West Brom play out a goalless draw in their Premier League clash at Turf Moor. Despite being reduced to 10 men after the dismissal of Semi Ajayi for handball in the first half, the Baggies had the best opportunities and should have won the game. Matheus Pereira saw an effort cleared off the line, while Mbaye Diagne struck the bar after a great run. The Clarets offered next to nothing in the final third as they held out for an uninspiring point on home soil. There was plenty of encouragement for Sam Allardyce and his team, but they need to pick up victories sooner rather later.
90' + 5' Pereira sends a cross into the box from the left flank, but Mee is on hand to clear the danger for the home side.
M. Lowton
Yellow Card
90' + 4' Lowton trips Maitland-Niles on the edge of the box. He is given a yellow card and hands West Brom a free-kick in a dangerous spot.
B. Mee
Yellow Card
90' + 3' Mee goes into the book for the home side for a foul on Diagne.
90' + 1' Burnley want a free-kick as Brownhill is brought down by Bartley, but the decision is not given their way as Vydra was offside earlier in the move.
90' There will be three minutes of added time.
90' Johnstone comes through a crowd of players to make a vital claim at the back for the Baggies from McNeil's cross into a swirling wind.
87' West Brom surge forward on another counter as Pereira tries to find Yokuslu. Pope rushes off his line and smothers the ball at the feet of the midfielder, taking a blow in the process.
85' Burnley have offered next to nothing in the final third in the second half. Dyche will not have been pleased with their performance today.
83' Diagne releases Pereira in the final third. He surges into the box and lines up a strike, but the effort is blocked by Mee. Gallagher then blazes the rebound over, although it all counts for nothing as the offside flag is raised against the winger.
J. Mumbongo
J. Rodriguez
81' Mumbongo replaces Rodriguez in the final third for the home side.
80' Taylor surges down the left flank and drills a dangerous ball across the face of goal. It's a perfect delivery, but no one in claret and blue can meet it in the middle.
78' HOW HAVE WEST BROM NOT SCORED? Maitland-Niles releases Diagne through on goal in the left inside channel. The forward unselfishly scoops a cross to Pereira at the back post. He misses his connection at an open goal, but the ball falls to Maitland-Niles. He sees his effort charged down before Pereira takes over again. The Brazilan sends a strike on his left foot towards the net, only to be denied by Tarkowski with a block by his face on the line.
78' Pereira's first cross is cleared as far as Maitland-Niles, who feeds his team-mate on the left wing. Pereira angles a better delivery into the middle that forces Pope to claw it away. However, the flag is up for offside anyway.
77' The Baggies continue to ask questions of the home side, forcing another corner down the left flank.
J. Cork
Yellow Card
76' Cork wipes out Maitland-Niles on the charge and goes into the book.
73' West Brom keep up the pressure on the home side by winning a corner. However, Gallagher sees his cross from the left flank claimed by Pope.
72' OFF THE BAR! The Baggies are denied by the bar as Diagne is the unlucky party. The forward surges down the right flank into space and breaks into the box. He beats the challenge of Tarkowski to step inside before shooting on his left foot. Diagne's effort sails past Pope, but clips the bar and heads over.
71' OVER! Maitland-Niles probes on the left flank and he skips past Lowton to line up a strike on his right foot, only to launch his effort over the bar.
68' Dyche does not have a great deal of options to turn to on the bench. It has been far too comfortable for the Baggies since the restart.
66' Pope has to scamper off his line to clear with composure down the right flank amid the threat of Diagne as he tried to combine with Pereira.
64' Burnley are no closer to breaking down the visitors in the second half. The Clarets need to conjure a moment of magic from somewhere.
62' WIDE! Brownhill lifts his free-kick over the wall, but Johnstone watches the strike travel comfortably past the right post.
60' Yokuslu brings down Brownhill within shooting distance, handing Burnley a free-kick in a good position.
58' WIDE! Pereira runs at the Burnley defence and takes on the shot to nothing from 20 yards. He drills his effort low and hard towards the bottom-left corner, narrowly missing the target.
57' Westwood whips a dangerous cross into the box for Lowton to attack. He misses a clean connection with his header, but it deflects off Yokuslu and travels just wide of the right post.
54' Westwood looks for Lowton from the free-kick, but the full-back is not expecting the pass, resulting in the ball travelling out of play.
53' Gallagher brings down Westwood on the charge, handing Burnley a free-kick in a good position.
52' Burnley appeal for a penalty as Lowton's knockdown travels up and strikes Bartley on the arm. However, there was nothing the defender could do about it and no spot-kick is awarded.
50' McNeil twists and turns down the left flank and lifts a cross into the middle. Rodriguez attacks the cross with his left foot, producing a flicked effort that travels straight to Johnstone.
48' Only Newcastle (9) have failed to direct a single shot on target in the first half of a PL game this season more often than Burnley (8).
46' We're back underway at Turf Moor.
The Clarets have not come close to testing Sam Johnstone in the West Brom. They've been devoid of ideas to work Matej Vydra and Jay Rodriguez into the contest. Josh Brownhill had their best opening when he headed over, but it has not been good enough from the hosts.
It's goalless at the break between Burnley and 10-man West Brom in their Premier League clash at Turf Moor. The Baggies had the better of the openings in the opening 30 minutes as Darnell Furlong and Matheus Pereira went close. However, Semi Ajayi was then dismissed for a deliberate handball to stymie their attacking intent. Burnley were lacklustre in the final third and need to improve if they are to capitalise in the second half.
45' + 2' Taylor looks for the run of Vydra down the left flank, but the ball travels behind for a goal-kick.
45' There will be two minutes added time.
44' Westwood tries to offload towards Rodriguez down the right flank, but he sends his pass straight out for a goal-kick.
42' The Clarets need a creative spark from someone on the field as West Brom have been too comfortable since being reduced to 10 men.
40' Lowton angles a cross towards the run of Vydra on the edge of the box, but it sails over the head of the forward and out for a throw-in.
39' Burnley are getting their foot on the ball, but not in the positions to hurt the visitors at the moment.
37' Maitland-Niles makes good progress down the left flank and he wins a corner off the legs of Lowton.
35' The Baggies have to re-adjust after being reduced to 10 men. Burnley have the impetus to attack now to put the pressure on the visitors before the break.
33' West Brom have received four red cards this season, only Arsenal have been shown more with five.
D. O'Shea
M. Phillips
32' Phillips is sacrificed by the Baggies as O'Shea replaces the winger. He slots into the back four.
S. Ajayi
Red Card
30' OFF! After looking at the screen at the side of the pitch, referee Dean sends Ajayi off for deliberate handball. The West Brom man can have no complaints.
29' Ajayi stops Vydra advancing on goal with a deliberate handball. Mike Dean does not spot the incident in real time, but is called to have a check on the monitor.
28' BLOCK! Pereira lines up a strike at goal from the edge of the box, but he smashes his effort into the wall.
26' Maitland-Niles is caught late by Brownhill on the edge of the Burnley box. West Brom have a great chance to have an effort at goal from the resulting free-kick.
24' OVER! Lowton finds space down the right and digs out a cross that the advancing Brownhill attacks, only to head his effort over the bar.
23' SAVE! Maitland-Niles wins the ball and offloads to Pereira. The winger fires low and hard towards the bottom-right corner, but Pope produces a fine save to turn it past the post.
22' OVER! Pereira raids forward down the right flank and cuts inside to shoot on his left foot that he sends just over the bar. The Baggies are creating the better openings.
21' Lowton tries to steer a low ball into the feet of Vydra in the final third, but it evades the forward. Burnley are not quite clicking in their attacking play.
19' The Clarets try to get on the front foot down the left flank, but Gallagher makes an interception and is fouled by Taylor in the process.
18' McNeil angles a cross in from the right on his left foot, but Johnstone comes through a crowd of players to punch clear.
17' Brownhill collects on the right flank and tries to drive a low cross into the box that is cleared behind by Phillips.
15' CLOSE! Gallagher works an offload to Furlong on the right and he cuts inside to shoot on his left foot, which bends just wide of the left post. So close to an opening goal for the Baggies.
14' Brownhill tries to work an offload towards Westwood, but Bartley makes the interception for the visitors.
12' It has been a stop-start game in the early stages. Both teams have committed fouls, but neither has paid the price yet.
10' WIDE! Lowton works an offload from the right flank towards Rodriguez. He lines up a first-time strike, but places his effort wide of the left post.
9' Pereira sends a dangerous cross into the box from the left flank. The Clarets scramble to clear the danger before Townsend launches a strike from distance into the stand behind Pope's goal.
7' Rodriguez breaks behind the West Brom defence down the right flank, but he moves a fraction too soon and the offside flag is raised.
6' Cork wins a free-kick down the left flank for the home side. Westwood launches the cross into the box, but it deflects off Phillips and into the hands of Johnstone.
4' SAVE! Pereira angles his effort over the wall and towards goal on his left foot, but Pope makes a comfortable save.
3' Westwood brings down Yokuslu in the final third, presenting the Baggies a free-kick in a dangerous position.
1' Vydra chases a long ball down the left flank, but he hangs his cross out of play for a goal-kick.
1' We're underway at Turf Moor.
Burnley have won just one of their seven Premier League meetings with West Brom (D3 L3), winning 2-1 at the Hawthorns in March 2018.
Allardyce has made two changes to his side that drew 1-1 against Manchester United. Furlong returns to the side at right-back in place of Peltier. Phillips also gets the nod to start on the wing as Robert Snodgrass misses out with an ankle problem.
Burnley make three changes to their side from their draw against Fulham. Mee returns to the fold in the middle of the defence, but Johann Berg Gudmundsson and Ashley Barnes both join the Clarets injury list that extends to six players. Brownhill and Vydra come into the side to replace the missing duo.
WEST BROM SUBS: Hal Robson-Kanu, Callum Robinson, Jake Livermore, Grady Diangana, Romaine Sawyers, Lee Peltier, David Button, Dara O'Shea, Karlan Grant.
WEST BROM (4-1-4-1): Sam Johnstone; Darnell Furlong, Semi Ajayi, Kyle Bartley, Conor Townsend; Okay Yokoslu; Matt Phillips, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Conor Gallagher, Matheus Pereira, Mbaye Diagne.
BURNLEY SUBS: Bailey Peacock-Farrell, Will Norris, Phil Bardsley, Kevin Long, Richard Nartey, Jimmy Dunne, Josh Benson, Anthony Driscoll-Glennon, Joel Mumbongo.
BURNLEY (4-4-2): Nick Pope; Matt Lowton, James Tarkowski, Ben Mee, Charlie Taylor; Josh Brownhill, Jack Cork, Ashley Westwood, Dwight McNeil; Matej Vydra, Jay Rodriguez.
Despite producing a battling 1-1 draw against Manchester United last week, West Brom are still in huge danger at the bottom of the Premier League. The club are 12 points adrift of Newcastle United in 17th place and need to start stringing together victories. The Baggies are winless in their last six games, and have only won one of their last 14 league games. Sam Allardyce needs his side to find form soon otherwise their survival hopes will fade drastically.
Burnley have distanced themselves away from the relegation zone with a decent spell of form. Sean Dyche's men crushed Crystal Palace on the road last week before drawing 1-1 with an improving Fulham in midweek on home soil. The Clarets have lost only two of their last seven games, with the defeats coming against Chelsea and Manchester City. Dyche will be looking for a killer instinct from his team today.
Good afternoon and welcome to the live commentary of the Premier League clash between Burnley and West Brom at Turf Moor.
