FULL TIME - ROAR 1-0 MARINERS: Brisbane get the job done through Henrique's first half goal in a relatively uninspiring performance. The rest of the A-League's finals contenders will not be quaking in their boots.

45' CHANCE! Pain denied by a brilliant close-range save by Young. Powell played a lovely ball to Pain, who was steaming into the penalty area, but the drive was superbly blocked. That would have been huge on the cusp of half time.

40' Bautheac's corner goes out and in which means Franjic's header at the back post was irrelevant. Good save by Kennedy in any case.

36' Khalfallah's free kick is easily cleared but Henrique has a crack from 30 yards with a lob, but it lands on the roof of the net, That was actually quite close.

34' Mariners have had 65% possession in the last 10 minutes. But have only Hoole's set piece effort to show for it.
31' There isn't a huge amount of intensity in this game. Roar are just sitting back with their lead and the Mariners aren't really pouring the pressure on.
29' Hoole was so unlucky there. What a terrific free kick. VAR looked at it and the ball definitely didn't cross the line after striking the bar.

16' It's been the same old story in a lot of games for Central Coast this season. They have looked good in attack but lose concentration too quickly in defence.
14' It's Henrique's first start of the season. Strange opening by the Roar. Have been poor early but take the lead after a Mariners defensive lapse.

13' GOAL BRISBANE - Henrique slides home the shot from the penalty spot and receiving a lovely cut-back from Bautheac. The Slippery Fish had time and his finish was composed.
10' Bautheac again looks dangerous down the right, he hangs the cross up, Maccarone looks menacing but Liam Rose gets a head to the ball to clear.
8' Prior to the nil-all draw between these two teams at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane Roar had won four matches in a row against the Mariners and put 17 goals past them.
