That brings an end to our coverage of the LaLiga fixture between Barcelona and Getafe at Camp Nou. Thank you very much for joining us. Goodbye!
Barcelona travel to Eibar in their final game of the LaLiga season. Getafe, meanwhile, host Villarreal with their Champions League dreams going down to the final day of the season.
Following a highly entertaining match, Barcelona have beaten Getafe. The away side started well and thought that they had taken the lead after 27 minutes, but Molina’s goal was ruled out after consulting VAR due to the striker being offside in the build-up. Vidal broke the deadlock six minutes before half time when he was quickest to react to fire home the rebound after Soria made a great save to deny Pique. With only two minutes left to play, Molina struck the post for Getafe before Dakonam deflected the ball into the back of his own net one minute later to seal the three points for Barcelona.

89' GOAL! Barcelona double their lead! Messi and Alena combine well on the edge of the box before the Argentine's effort deflects off Dakonam and into the back of the net. After going to VAR due to suspicions of offside against Messi, the goal stands. 2-0.
88' OFF THE POST! Duro flicks the ball on for Molina to attack, and the Spaniard's header from very close range cannons off the left post and back into play. So very nearly an equaliser!
87' GREAT CHANCE! Ruiz, from the edge of the area, slips the ball through for Messi but once again the Argentine’s effort from an acute angle is kept out by Soria who produces another fine save.
86' GREAT SAVE! Alena sends Ruiz through on goal and from the left side of the area and one-on-one with Soria, the substitute sees his right-footed effort brilliantly saved in the centre of the goal.

74' The hosts are content to keep the ball and work it around as they look to create an opening from deep. Vidal sends Messi free down the right side of the area, but the Argentine’s effort from an acute angle is easily saved by Soria.
73' Molina looks to set Rodriquez free following his flick-on, but once again the Getafe striker just makes his run a fraction too early and is flagged for offside.

The home side grew into the game as the first half went on and will be relieved to be leading at the break. Malcolm has been a real threat down the right-hand side and his link-up play with Messi will be key to Barcelona extending their lead after the restart. Getafe, meanwhile, will be pleased with their first half display and will look to continue in much the same manner in the second half after causing Barcelona real problems on the counter.
After an end-to-end opening half of football, Barcelona lead Getafe at the break. The away side had a glorious opportunity to open the scoring after 12 minutes, but Molina fired his first-time effort over the bar from the edge of the box when one-on-one with Cillessen. Getafe thought that they had taken the lead after 27 minutes when Molina’s left-footed strike beat Cillessen, but after consulting VAR, the goal was ruled out as Molina was offside in the build-up. Barcelona broke the deadlock six minutes before the break after Pique’s initial effort was kept out by Soria before Vidal fired home the rebound from close range to give the hosts the lead at half time.

35' Malcolm slides the ball to his left for Rakitic and the Croatian tries his luck from distance. The midfielder’s effort from range goes wide to the right of Soria’s goal.
33' Roberto launches a pass down field for Messi to chase. The Argentine flicks the ball over Olivera before Cabrera gets across to make a well-timed tackle and send the ball out for a throw-in.
31' Barcelona have enjoyed 86 per cent of the possession thus far in the match.
29' CLOSE! Rodriquez finds Molina with a good pass from the right and the striker looks to curl an effort inside the far post from the edge of the box, but his shot just fizzes wide of the post.
27' NO GOAL! Shibasaki concedes a corner to the left which Roberto takes quickly and Barcelona are quickly dispossessed. Getafe work another quick counter down the left through Foulquier who slides the ball into the path of Molina who applies the finish from the edge of the box, but the goal is ruled out after consulting VAR as Molina was offside in the build-up.

20' After a spell of good possession, Rakitic looks to switch the play over to the right for the overlapping Roberto, but the Spaniard’s touch is poor and Olivera regains possession for Getafe.
18' Messi tries to take on Cabrera, but the defender turns the ball behind for a corner. The set-piece from the right is easily cleared.
16' The home side are beginning to find their feet a little more now and are starting to work the ball around with more intent following their slow start to the match.
14' Barcelona are once again caught out by Getafe on the break following a succession of poor passes. Rodriguez drives into the space down the left side of the field before pulling the ball back into the penalty area. After numerous ricochets, it falls to Shibasaki on the edge of the box, but the midfielder drills his effort over the bar.
12' WHAT A CHANCE! Getafe work a brilliant counter down the left-hand side of the field and Rodriguez gets his head up before laying the ball off to his right for Molina. The striker opts to try his luck without taking a touch to set himself, and fires his effort from the edge of the box well over the bar when one-on-one will Cillessen.

9' Following a long ball down field, Pique shows great strength to hold off Rodriguez and see the ball out for a goal-kick.
7' Malcolm looks to drive Barcelona forward and skips beyond Olivera before cutting inside and laying the ball back into the path of Vidal. The midfielder switches it over to the left for Alba, but the attack comes to nothing.
5' The home side are struggling to find their rhythm in the opening stages of the game. Getafe are pressing Valverde’s side high up the park and forcing Barcelona into making sloppy passes.
3' Getafe have started the game brightly and Foulquier wins a corner to the right off Rakitic. The away side take it short and the attempted cross is closed down by Alba before running out for a throw-in.
1' Kick off! The referee, Jose Luis Gonzalez Gonzalez, blows his whistle and Getafe get the game underway.
The teams are out and kick-off will soon be upon us here at Camp Nou.
Barcelona have lost just two of their 27 LaLiga games against Getafe.
Valverde’s side, who clinched the title several weeks ago following their 1-0 win over Levante, are unbeaten in each of their last 11 home LaLiga matches. The hosts will be looking for a big response against Getafe following their recent back-to-back defeats to Celta Vigo and Liverpool. Getafe, on the other hand, currently sit in fourth spot and are three points clear of fifth-placed Valencia. Pepe Bordalas’ team have only won one of their last six away matches and will be seeking to end their poor run of form away from home today as they look to clinch the final Champions League spot in LaLiga.
Following Barcelona’s Champions League exit during the week, Ernesto Valverde makes eight changes from the side that lost to Celta Vigo last time out in LaLiga. Roberto, Pique, Alba, Vidal, Busquets, Rakitic, Coutinho and Messi all return to the side. Getafe, on the other hand, make two changes from their victory over Girona with Shibasaki and Rodriguez coming into the team in place of Bruno Gonzalez and Jaime Mata.
