UEFA Champions League
UEFA Europa League
UEFA Conference League Qualifiers

That's all for today. Until next time, goodbye!
One more huge game to come for Chelsea, who face Manchester City in the Champions League final next week. As for Villa, having narrowly avoided relegation last term, they can celebrate a season of significant progress as they comfortably finish mid-table.
Despite defeat at Villa Park, Chelsea secured Champions League football next season. Villa, who finish 11th, sign off an impressive season in style thanks to goals from Bertrand Traore and Anwar El Ghazi. Although Ben Chilwell pulled one back for the Blues, they were unable to find an equaliser. Nevertheless, following Leicester's defeat by Tottenham, their overall mission is accomplished.
Yellow Card
90' + 5' Kepa is booked in the dying moments.
90' + 3' Whatever happens here, Chelsea are all but certain to secure Champions League football for next season. Tottenham have made it 4-2 against Leicester, who will have to settle for a fifth-place finish.
90' + 1' We are going to have five additional minutes at the end of this game.
Red Card
89' RED CARD FOR AZPILICUETA! Chelsea down to 10 men! The Blues skipper is given his marching orders as he reacts to Grealish's foul by pushing his hand into the face of the Villa talisman. Contact was minimal and Grealish certainly made the most of it, but that was irresponsible from the Spaniard.
87' Great save! Martinez to the rescue for Villa - as has so often been the case this season. The goalkeeper gets across his line quickly to deny Chilwell, who looked to turn home from Ziyech's cross.
85' Chilwell has visions of Marco van Basten as he looks to volley home from Silva's diagonal ball. Of course, the former Dutch striker executed one of the most iconic volleys in football history during the 1988 European Championship final. But the England left-back is not so successful 33 years on, slicing his attempt well wide.
83' Tottenham lead at Leicester! Spurs are now 3-2 to the good against the Foxes. That consolidates Chelsea's place in the top four for now. The Blues will not want to rely on results elsewhere, though.
E. Martínez
Yellow Card
81' Martinez is deemed to have kicked the ball away as Chelsea wait to take a corner, and is booked.
J. Ramsey
A. El Ghazi
79' El Ghazi is given a well-earned rest by Smith, who introduces Jacob Ramsey in his place.
77' Azpilicueta goes for goal with a powerful strike from the edge of the box. But it is high and wide of the target.
76' Good block! Chelsea looking to level and the ball falls nicely for Havertz in the box. The German volleys towards goal, but his effort is blocked by the well-placed Mings.
75' Tottenham have equalised again at Leicester, while Liverpool are now 2-0 up against Crystal Palace. That means Chelsea return to the top four heading into the final 15 minutes of the season.
M. Nakamba
Yellow Card
74' Nakamba has his name taken by the referee for time-wasting.
C. Chukwuemeka
B. Traoré
73' Traore given a rest by Villa as he goes off to be replaced by youngster Carney Chukwuemeka.
C. Pulišić
70' Pulisic's inviting cross after the one-two with Ziyech was simply begging to be attacked. Chilwell duly obliged. Game on!
B. Chilwell
70' CHILWELL!!! 2-1! Hope for Chelsea! Following a lovely move down the right side, Pulisic plays a neat one-two with Ziyech before crossing. Although Werner does not connect, Chilwell arrives late at the far post and his volley is over the line before Martinez claws it out.
68' Chance! Almost an immediate impact by Havertz. The German arrives late to meet Chilwell's deep cross to the far post. But under pressure from Targett, he is unable to keep his volley down.
K. Havertz
M. Kovačić
66' Kai Havertz is introduced by Chelsea with Kovacic making way.
J. McGinn
Yellow Card
65' McGinn catches Silva late and goes into the book.
64' James' poor pass is intercepted by Watkins, who looks to race in behind the Chelsea defence. Thankfully for the visitors, Rudiger is there to tidy up the danger.
62' It has been a frustrating day for Chelsea so far. Their latest attack culminates in the ball dropping for Kovacic, who blazes his volley wildly high.
H. Ziyech
60' Another Chelsea change with Hakim Ziyech replacing Jorginho.
59' OFFSIDE! NO GOAL! A lovely move by Chelsea culminates in Mount sliding the ball through for Azpilicueta. The skipper is intercepted but it breaks for Werner, who finishes. However, his joy is short-lived as the offside flag is raised against Azpilicueta.
57' Villa go in search of a third and Grealish looks to play a one-two with El Ghazi in the box. However, the attempted return pass is lacking the required execution and Chelsea clear.
55' The visitors look to respond and Mount works space to shoot from the edge of the box. There is plenty of power in his effort, but it flies just wide of the post with Martinez flat-footed.
54' To compound Chelsea's misery, Leicester have not long retaken the lead against Tottenham thanks to another Jamie Vardy penalty. As things stand, the Blues slip to fifth place once more.
A. El Ghazi
Penalty Goal
52' EL GHAZI!!! 2-0 VILLA! Breathing space for the hosts as El Ghazi steps up and calmly sends Kepa the wrong way.
51' PENALTY TO VILLA! Following a good spell of pressure by the hosts, Jorginho trips Traore in the box and the referee points straight to the spot.
M. Kovačić
Yellow Card
49' Kovacic is booked for taking out Grealish, who was threatening to counter for Villa.
47' A good break from Chelsea! Kovacic leads the charge for the Blues, who get away down the left flank. Werner eventually cuts the ball back for Pulisic, whose scuffed strike deflects off Targett before spinning narrowly wide of the target.
46' Villa get the ball rolling again in the second half.
É. Mendy
46' Chelsea make a change in goal at the break with Kepa Arrizabalaga replacing Mendy, who injured himself while attempting to save Villa's first goal.
Just to remind you of the current state of play. Following Tottenham's equaliser against Leicester, Chelsea occupy fourth place and are above the Foxes on goal difference. Liverpool, who lead Crystal Palace, are now third, but the Blues' fate is very much in their own hands.
Despite dominating most of the first half, Chelsea trail in a game they must win to guarantee Champions League football next season. Ironically, Bertrand Traore - a former Blue - was the man who gave Villa the lead just before half-time. The visitors have had plenty of chances to get their noses in front, and will hope they are not made to rue them.
T. Werner
Yellow Card
45' + 2' Werner has his name taken for a foul on Traore. Chelsea's frustrations are in danger of boiling over here.
Yellow Card
45' Jorginho blocks off the run of El Ghazi and goes into the book.
M. Targett
43' Targett demonstrated brilliant awareness to pick out Traore, who lost his marker too easily in the box.
B. Traoré
43' TRAORE!!! 1-0 VILLA! The hosts lead against the run of play! The former Chelsea man is unmarked as he meets Targett's low corner into the box. Although he scuffs his first-time shot into the ground, it loops over the dive of Mendy and goes in off the crossbar.
42' Tuchel said in the lead-up to this game that he would pay no attention to the other ongoing games during the first half here. He knows his side must focus purely on getting the job done themselves.
40' Tottenham have equalised at the King Power Stadium. Harry Kane's goal brings them level against Leicester, who drop back out of the top four. As a result, Chelsea are back in the Champions League spots.
38' Villa look to pose a threat with a succession of free-kicks into the box. But Chelsea deal with the delivery on both occasions.
36' Liverpool lead at Crystal Palace thanks to Sadio Mane's strike. With Leicester also in front against Tottenham, Chelsea drop out of the top four for the time being.
34' For all their possession, it is important that Chelsea take their chances. They will be desperate not to rue those missed chances earlier on.
32' A rare threat from Villa, but Chelsea have certainly been the stronger of the two sides so far. In fact, the Blues have enjoyed a whopping 70 per cent of the possession.
29' Not far away! In almost identical fashion, McGinn has an opportunity for the hosts within 60 seconds of Traore. Once again, the Scotsman looks for the far corner with a left-footed strike, but Mendy sees it wide.
28' The noise levels at Villa Park rise as the hosts embark on a rare venture forward. Space opens for Traore to try his luck from distance, and his bending effort is not too far wide of the post.
26' Villa riding their luck at the moment, although they have avoided defeat against Chelsea on all four previous occasions that they have locked horns on the final day of a Premier League season.
24' What a chance! Azpilicueta neatly cushions Pulisic's diagonal ball into the path of the onrushing Mount. But the England international sends his volley high into the stand.
22' The Blues threaten still. Once again, Villa cannot clear and Pulisic attempts a spectacular overhead kick. Unfortunately, the American international does not connect cleanly and Martinez gathers.
20' Mount also faced Villa during his loan spell with Derby County in the 2018-19 season. The midfielder was part of the Rams side that were beaten 2-1 by Dean Smith's side in the Championship play-off final at Wembley.
18' Chelsea continue to apply the pressure. Another set-piece culminates in Werner teeing the ball up for Mount to unleash a clean strike that Martinez does well to hold onto.
17' Elsewhere, Leicester have just taken the lead against Tottenham thanks to a Jamie Vardy penalty. That pushes Chelsea down to fourth place as things stand, so they will want to get their noses in front as soon as possible here.
15' A Chelsea corner is not properly cleared by Villa and the ball breaks kindly for Chilwell to strike. The left-back's volley is on target, but straight into the arms of Martinez.
13' The Blues have won on each of their last three Premier League visits to Villa, and they will be encouraged by the start they have made here.
11' Werner should do better! Azpilicueta does well to control a diagonal ball into the box and keep the move alive by sending it into the box. Werner attacks the delivery, but cannot direct the ball towards goal.
9' Another opportunity for Mount following a good move by the visitors. However, his attempted shot is charged down by Nakamba.
7' Currently third, Chelsea are in pole position for a Champions League place. But the Blues will not be taking anything for granted, as they can still be overtaken by Leicester and Liverpool.
5' The referee wants a word with Grealish, who unnecessarily ran into the back of Jorginho while chasing a loose ball. The Villa skipper gets a stern telling for his troubles.
3' A long ball into the Villa box is only cleared as far as Mount, but he sends his volley well wide of the target.
1' The referee blows his whistle and Chelsea get the match underway.
The players receive a warm welcome from the returning supporters at Villa Park and kick-off is moments away.
Chelsea have only lost their final Premier League game once in the last nine seasons. Should they continue their impressive record here, the Blues will be playing Champions League football next season.
Meanwhile, Thomas Tuchel makes just a single change from Chelsea's win over Leicester on Tuesday. Mateo Kovacic comes into the heart of midfield in place of N'Golo Kante, who misses out through injury.
Dean Smith names an unchanged side from Villa's midweek win at Tottenham. Emiliano Martinez and Matt Targett have now started every game this season, while Marvelous Nakamba makes his 50th appearance for the club.
