His star shone in the Kenyan Premier League where he first featured for Mathare United and scored 30 goals for the club. After two years with the Slum Boys, he signed for Tusker FC, the third most successful club in Kenya with three domestic Cup wins and eleven Kenyan league titles and managed to score 34 goals from&nbsp;2013 to 2015.
The towering star then ditched Tusker for Zambian giants Zesco United in 2016, a place where he has now made his name becoming the all-time goalscorer of the Team ya Ziko with 94 goals.

Were has managed five caps for the national team Harambee Stars but was overlooked for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) finals held in Egypt by coach Sebastien Migne.

He has severally been linked with transfer moves to South African sides Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates but a switch to the Premier League will be good for the player, who has always harboured ambitions of playing in Europe.

He started off his career with the&nbsp;Liberty Sports Academy&nbsp;in the Nairobi County League and never looked back after scoring 32 goals for the side and left to join Tusker.
At Tusker he won the Kenyan Super Cup in 2013 and KPL Top 8 in the same year but later joined Thika United in a loan deal for a year and signed for Gor Mahia in 2015, where he made 27 appearances, scoring nine goals.

He won the league title with K’Ogalo in 2014, 2015, Kenyan Super Cup and KPL Top in 2015 and moved to Swedish top side Djurgarden IF on February 17, 2016. After a year, Olunga signed for Chinese club Guizhou Zhicheng where he played seven games with two goals before they loaned him out in 2017 to La Liga side Girona FC.

Olunga, who won the KPL player of the Year Award in 2015, currently features for Kashiwa Reysol, whom he helped gain promotion to Japanese J-League, and with his tall height and physique and also his powerful left foot, many pundits feel the time has come for him to play in the Premier League.

The left-back pulled an eye-catching display during the 2019 Afcon finals especially in the derby against Tanzania, where Kenya&nbsp;came from behind twice to win 3-2.
He was in the thick of things, setting up striker Michael Olunga for the two goals, his first assist a clever ball from the left-wing. His move to Europe was not anticipated, as he left Gor Mahia at the end of his six-month contract to sign for Georgian club Kolkheti Poti&nbsp;in January 2017.

In, February 2018, he moved to Albanian club&nbsp;KS Kastrioti, and by September 2018 he was playing for Swedish club&nbsp;Vasalund, for whom he made 22 appearances, scoring two goals. Ouma, who made his international debut for&nbsp;Kenya&nbsp;in 2016, then moved to Swedish club&nbsp;AIK in the 2020 season, where he signed a five-year deal which keeps him at the club until the summer of 2024.

This was the biggest move for the 23-year old since turning professional a couple of years ago and his ability to be deployed in all other positions on the left side should land him a team in the Premier League.

The 29-year-old received first call up to&nbsp;Kenya’s national team&nbsp;in 2010 but was forced to wait for another year to obtain his first cap, debuting in 2011, and has since accumulated 19 international appearances scoring five goals in the process.
He netted one goal during Kenya’s 3-2 comeback win against&nbsp;Tanzania&nbsp;in the 2019&nbsp;Afcon, though the three points obtained in Group C were not enough to prevent Kenya from being eliminated from the competition.

His first time in Europe was when he represented&nbsp;Mathare Youth Sports Association (MYSA)&nbsp;U14 team in a yearly tournament played in&nbsp;Norway and then moved to&nbsp;CS Fola ESGH&nbsp;in Luxembourg and has never looked back ever since.

Omolo played an integral part in&nbsp;Royal Antwerp's promotion to the Belgium top-flight but he turned down the chance to climb up with the team and instead, joined Belgium side, Cercle Brugge, in 2017.

Having also featured for other Belgium outfits Lommel United,&nbsp;Beerschot AC, and&nbsp;CS Vise, Omolo understands Europe football well and maybe it is time for him to parade in the Premier League.

The towering defender has been making huge strides since he left KPL side Chemelil Sugar for Free State Stars of South Africa in 2016, before he signed for AFC Ann Arbor in America, helping his side to a second consecutive Great Lakes Conference Championship and leading them to the 2018 NPSL National semi-final.
Okumu, who also spent time with the Kenyan U21 and U23 teams in the 2016 season, has an impressive resumé which includes a 2018 NPSL National XI selection, 2018 Great Lakes Conference Best XI before being selected as the Top Drawer Soccer Player of the Year in 2018.

It is in America where Okumu continued to impress and in 2018 he signed for USL Championship&nbsp;side&nbsp;Real Monarchs before he transferred to Swedish&nbsp;Allsvenskan&nbsp;outfit&nbsp;IF Elfsborg&nbsp;for an undisclosed fee in 2019.

Okumu was part of the Kenya team that featured in the 2019 Afcon finals, having stepped in for injured defender Brian Mandela and despite failing to make it past the group stages, Okumu did his part with an eye-catching display that might earn him a ticket to set foot in the Premier League.

The soft-speaking speedy winger has mostly featured for top clubs in Belgium since he left Kenya where he started his career at Ligi Ndogo and later JMG Academy.
In 2008, Timbe signed for Belgium side Beerschot, where he lasted for two seasons before he moved to Genk and after playing a couple of years with the club, he was sent on loan to Lierse S.K in 2014, where he managed to bag eight&nbsp;goals in 38 games.

Timbe then switched to Chinese club&nbsp;Beijing Rehne with whom he signed his deal in 2017, but last season he joined English Championship side Reading on a six-month loan deal.

Though he has not started for The Royals after the league was suspended owing to Covid-19 pandemic, Timbe, who has been capped 14 times for Kenya’s national team, has the best opportunity to impress at Madejski Stadium and help Reading to earn promotion, an automatic ticket to&nbsp;the Premier League.
