Tusker extends Uganda's attachment with acquisition of trio

Former Kenyan Premier League champions, Tusker have signed three Ugandan internationals with barely two weeks remaining to the close of January transfer window.

The Brewers, who also acquired Ugandan tactician, Sam Timbe this season, have brought on board, Mathew Odongo, Lawrence Kasadha and Robert Achema to their squad as they clean up the mess that saw them surrender the league title to Gor Mahia last season.

The Ugandan trio have each signed two-year contract that will see them at the club until 2019.

Odongo rejoined Tusker from Kariobangi Sharks, while Kasadha and Achema were tapped from Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) and Western Stima respectively.

Tusker failed to defender their title last season forcing the club to part ways with Ugandan tactician, George ‘Best’ Nsimbe who took over from compatriot, Paul Nkata at the beginning of 2017 season.
