Nakumatt FC have defeated Ushuru FC by a solitary goal in the play-off first leg match played at Camp Toyoyo on Friday.
The shoppers needed a Tom Adwar strike to seal the win and put his team in the driving seat ahead of the second leg set for Sunday at Kasarani. Nakumatt needs at least two goals without reply in the second leg to keep their status in the Kenyan Premier League for the 2018/19 season.
Match over, Ushuru pressure does not yield.
