Mphalele was only scheduled to return to action early next year, but he appears to have recovered ahead of schedule.
Moleko on the other hand, was expected back towards the end of 2017, but he's also done well to shake up the knee injury he picked up against Bloemfontein Celtic in the Macufe Cup.
The two full-backs join Zimbabwean centre-back Teenage Hadebe, who also rejoined his teammates at the training grounds following a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
“Rama and Moleko are recuperating well,” physiotherapist Dave Milner told the Amakhosi website.
“We are working in stages to get them back to full recovery before they could start with the match fitness program. Teenage meanwhile, is involved in full training drills and on track to full recovery,” he said.
Meanwhile, Milner revealed that Tsepo Masilela is still out with an ankle injury despite his agent, Mike Makaab, confirming over a week ago that the former Getafe man had fully recovered.
“Tsepo is also doing fine. We are happy with his progress and we hope to have this phase of injuries ending very soon,” added Milner.
Striker Ryan Moon has also not been training with the team after injuring his jaw, Milner confirmed.
“Moon has injured his jaw. He is not taking part in training at the moment and will remain under scrutiny until the pain subsides,” said Milner.
