Golden Arrows coach Clinton Larsen is not worried that Nduduzo Sibiya and Kudakwashe Mahachi could potentially leave the club for greener pastures.

“I’m not worried because last season we also had players like (Sibusiso) Sibeko linked with moves. This season, it’s no different. It’s normal with small clubs. When you are doing well, your players will always be linked to bigger clubs,” Larsen told Goal.

The aforementioned players were vital in securing Abafana Besthende’s top eight spot following their hard-fought 2-1 win over Orlando Pirates on the final day of the season.

“It’s normal and I hope the players are prepared for that. The players are happy (at the club) and they have spoken to management of their desire to remain with the club,” Larsen said.

“So, from our side, we are very comfortable with the situation and like I said, it’s normal. It’s something not to panic about,” Larsen added.

Sibiya and Mahachi made an overall appearance of 30 and 29 respectively for Arrows, and Larsen expecting them to stay for at least another season.

“Maybe people in the media do, but at club level we are used to these type of things where there are interest in players when teams do well,” Larsen added.
