David Wagner’s men are without a win this season, thus leaving them at the base of the English top-flight

Steve Mounie has expressed his displeasure at Huddersfield Town’s poor form this season.

David Wagner’s men have not been impressive this term having failed to secure a single win across all competitions and have not won their last two games.

They lead the Premier League log from behind with a paltry three point from a possible 30, from ten games.

"We haven't won one game since the beginning of the season and now we are at the end of October,” Mounie told Examiner Live.

"To be honest, it's not good enough.

"If you want to get something in the Premier League you need to get points and to get points you have to win.

"So we need the necessary commitment [level of performance] in every game."

“I think in all my career I never felt a season without a win, to be honest, but when you come out from a situation like this you are stronger.

"I feel our team has the spirit to come out of this situation - and we will."

Huddersfield host Fulham and West Ham United at Kirklees Stadium in their next league games and the forward is hoping they can nick positive result in the encounters.

"They are big - together they are very big - and we need to get some points.”

The Benin international played a key role last season, scoring seven league goals to help the Terriers remain in the English top-flight but has found game time difficult to come by after losing his place to Laurent Depoitre.
