"We are in this competition to win it, we are not taking it easy but with seriousness it deserves. Bidco United is a good team and it definitely wants to progress, that makes it tougher meaning we have to prepare for the match well. So far so good, but one thing is in our mind, victory, and to do that we have to progress.

"I am looking forward to the match hoping to help the team record result that can help us into the next phase," Otieno told Goal.

After helping Ingwe to their first win in ten league matches, coach Robert Matano hopes to help the team do better against his former side in the Shield.
