Posta Rangers coach Sammy ‘Pamzo’ Omollo has welcomed the Fifa international break as a perfect opportunity for his team to ‘heal’ from fatigue.

The mailmen have been involved in back to back outings, the latest being a 1-0 victory against Chemelil Sugar two days ago.

'Pamzo' is hopeful his players will use the chance to relax before the domestic league resumes when he takes on AFC Leopards on September 15.

"It is a good thing to us, we really needed this break. It has given my players time to recover.

“Remember Denis Mukaisi, Sammy Okinda, Jerry Santos and Jared Obwoge are out injured. So I believe they will be better after the break, we need them in the remaining matches."

Coach Omollo's ambition is to finish at a respectable position by picking all the 15 points in the remaining matches.

Posta Rangers are placed 10th on the log with 37 points after 29 rounds of matches.
