The 28-year-old has lost just one match against the Sea Robbers in the last five seasons.
Ironically, the defeat came in October this year in what was his first Soweto Derby appearance.
Billiat has faced Pirates eight times since leaving Ajax Cape Town in 2013.
During this period, the Zimbabwean forward was directly involved in nine goals - five goals and four assists.
He scored on his Soweto Derby debut, but unfortunately his goal wasn't enough to help Amakhosi end their winless run against the Sea Robbers as they lost 2-1 in the league.
Now, the question is whether or not Billiat will continue his impressive goalscoring form against Pirates?
Given that Billiat is fit for this match, anything could happen on the day, especially with Chiefs under immense pressure to bounce back.
Furthermore, Billiat's record coupled with Amakhosi's Telkom Knockout Cup pedigree, especially against the Sea Robbers, it is easy to conclude that Giovanni Solinas' men are strong favourites to win this one.
With this match a few hours from now, Billiat will hope to add to his tally of goals and assists, but most importantly help the Glamour Boys reach their first TKO final since 2015.
This will also be Billiat's 16th match against Pirates in the PSL. He has scored eight goals and contributed seven assists in his last 15 matches against the men in black.
