Nzoia Sugar will have a tough call against AFC Leopards and will have to dig deeper to stand a chance of remaining in the league

The 2018 Kenyan Premier League season comes to a close with nine matches on the cards on Sunday.

With Gor Mahia and Bandari FC sealing the top two positions, eyes will be on the bottom of the table where about five teams will be fighting to ensure they do not drop into the play-off position.

Thika United and Wazito have already been relegated and their fixtures against Bandari FC and Sony Sugar respectively will be just but a mere formality.  It will be a do or die for the Sammy Omollo led Posta Rangers against Kakamega Homeboyz. As it stands, the mailmen are in the relegation zone but a win might just be enough to ensure they get out of that position.

At Ruaraka grounds, 14th placed Nakumatt will face Vihiga United; all sides have thirty-eight points and a win for either side will be a ticket to take part in the upcoming season.

Nzoia Sugar will have a tough call against AFC Leopards and will have to dig deeper to stand a chance of remaining in the top tier beyond this season same as Francis Baraza led Chemelil Sugar who will be up against Kariobangi Sharks at Camp Toyoyo.
