Crystal Palace get Wilfried Zaha injury boost ahead of Huddersfield Town game

Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha is back in training ahead of their Premier League game with Huddersfield Town on Saturday.

The 25-year-old suffered a groin strain injury in training and was forced to watch as the Eagles lost 2-0 Southampton at Selhurst Park.

The winger also missed Cote d'Ivoire’s African Cup of Nations qualifying game against Rwanda in Kigali on Sunday.

However, according to Evening Standard, Zaha has shaken off the injury and is in line to play a part when Palace take on David Wagner’s side this weekend.

This season, the former Manchester United player has registered two goals in three games before he was sidelined.

Palace have not won a Premier League game without the influential forward in their squad since September 2016 and his return will be a huge relief to Roy Hodgson.

Roy Hodgson's side are placed 15th in the log with three points from four games and will be aiming to nick the maximum points against the Terriers.
