AFC Leopards assistant coach Marko Vasiljevic says the team will improve after their firs match of the season.

Ingwe were forced to come from a goal down with captain Robinson Kamura converting from the penalty spot to cancel out Harrison Mwendwa’s strike in the first half. Despite playing a ten-man Sharks after Michael Bodo was sent off, coach Vasiljevic says he was impressed by the team’s diplay.

“It was a good show from the lads and I am proud of them. The players gave a good show against a determined side and deserve to be congratulated. I want to assure fans that the team will improve for the better in coming days, I can see lots of improvement here and that is what we will work on.”

Ingwe will now face Kakamega Homeboyz in their next league match.
