The midfielder was impressive for the Chilli Boyz last campaign and capped off his 20 appearances with four goals.
Which was something that did not go unnoticed by Kaizer Chiefs who have been reported to be behind the player’s decision for wanting to leave.
The player lodged a case with the Premier Soccer League’s Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) in an attempt to get his clearance from the club after claiming his contract with the club had expired although the club maintained that he still have an existing contract.
“The Molangoane issue, I do not even want to dwell on, for me he is just not there,” Malesela told Goal.
“I do not want to deal with it because I feel it is an administrative issue and I will leave it for to the administrators.
“For me, when it comes to the playing part, I do not even think about him so he is more like one of those players that were there and now they are gone," he continued.
“That’s done for me and whatever is happening around his issues, I just do not want to get involved.
“I will just get whatever that comes from the administrators, the sad thing is that it will be a difficulty for me if it has to come to a point where he has to come back to the club or something like that, then that would be a big problem.”
Should the 28-year-old return to the Chilli Boys he will have to brace himself for stiff competition after impressive displays from successors Menzi Masuku, Thembinkosi Lorch, Andile Mbenyane and Buyani Salie recently.
