Platinum Stars are said to be dissatisfied in the services of Malawian international striker Robin Ngalande after failing to impress in his first six months at the club.
Ngalande was a bit part player at former club Ajax Cape Town last season and came off the bench for the Urban Warriors more often than not. This then prompted Dikwena to sign the talented striker at the beginning of the campaign.
Since then, Ngalande has been out of the picture and never really got the wheels in motion at his new club.
A source at the club told Goal that the technical team feels that the former Atletico Madrid youth star has done nothing to prove that he is better than the other strikers at the club.
"You know he is a very good striker but things are not going his way at Dikwena,” the source told Goal.
“He was doing well at Ajax Cape Town last season and when he joined Platinum Stars at the start of the season a lot was expected from him but he hasn't really delivered.
“He delayed his start because of his work permit and I think that also affected his performance at the team," the source concluded.
