Made an instant impact at Anfield&nbsp;and, after 13 goals in an injury-hit debut campaign, he scored 20 in all competitions this year including one in the Champions League final against Real Madrid.&nbsp;

Eyebrows were raised when the Reds splashed the cash to sign a powerful target man who, despite impressing at Aston Villa, contradicted the ball-playing philosophies of the club.
The Belgium international proved to be an expensive flop as he was offloaded to Crystal Palace after just 12 months at Anfield.

Part of a remarkable January deadline day in 2011 which saw the Reds move for the burly frontman as well as Luis Suarez after offloading Fernando Torres to Chelsea in a British transfer record deal.
Never really got going at Anfield and eventually saw a loan move to West Ham made permanent after netting just 11 times for Liverpool.

Former Southampton academy product Oxlade-Chamberlain joined Liverpool from league rivals Arsenal on deadline day last summer.&nbsp;

The Egyptian was offloaded permanently by Chelsea in 2016 but made his return to England last summer with Liverpool following an impressive season with Roma.
The 25-year-old has had the season of his dreams, scoring 44 goals in 52 games as he won all of the&nbsp;major individual honours and spearheaded Liverpool’s charge to the Champions League final.

However, Salah endured heartbreak in Kiev when he suffered a dislocated shoulder in a challenge with Real Madrid’s Sergio Ramos which ensured he travelled to the World Cup under a fitness cloud.

Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign the Brazil international who will join the club officially on July 1.
The 24-year-old excelled last season playing as a defensive midfielder for Monaco and he looks like being&nbsp;the replacement for Emre Can, who is expected to join Juventus after Liverpool confirmed the Germany international is leaving.

Fabinho, who had previously been linked with Manchester United, is capable of playing in several positions and is an astute addition to Jurgen Klopp’s squad.

The Brazilian became the most expensive goalkeeper in history after completing his move to Liverpool from Roma.
Liverpool have paid an initial £56m ($73m) for Alisson, with a further £9m ($12m) due in add-ons, and the keeper has signed a six-year contract at Anfield.

The 25-year-old was also a target for Chelsea and Real Madrid, and his signing is expected to bring to an end Liverpool's goalkeeping troubles.
