WHAT HAPPENED?

"We will be a little bit faster than what we were last season, that is very important to me," the former assistant coach told the <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2bicp8k5ZE" target="_self">club's in-house Pitchside Podcast</a>."A lot of wing play with a lot of box entries, but possession will still be there. In the PSL, you can expect us to have a lot of possession, but I am not too interested in that emphasis because it is detrimental to us in the Champions League."In the Champions League, you are expected to attack opponents&nbsp;as much as they attack you and you are playing against people that don't respect you," Mngqithi continued.The tactician then commented on <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-za/lists/done-deals-confirmed-transfers-by-psl-clubs-in-2024-25-season/blt4f0c5ae374837ed1#cs1087bbf2d1b14e94" target="_blank">Kobamelo Kodisang's arrival</a>, "I think we brought the right players for the team, to be honest, starting from Kodisang.He is still a little bit unfit but you can see what the boy is capable of, one-against-one, he is very good and he has some good finishes as well."

WHAT MNGQITHI SAID

While Mokwena has been given a three-year contract at Wydad Athletic Club, Mngqithi is expected to head Masandawana's&nbsp;technical team to deliver as expected.&nbsp;Apart from the domestic competitions, Sundowns will be aiming at doing well in the African Football League, Caf Champions League and the expanded 2025 Fifa Club World Cup.
