Ulinzi Stars have appointed Dunstan Nyaudo as the new head coach.

Nyaundo will replace Benjamin Nyangweso, who has been redeployed to other military duties.

The club have confirmed on their official page. “Head Coach Benjamin Nyangweso has been redeployed to other military duties. Meanwhile, Dunstan Nyaudo takes over on interim basis.”

Nyangweso, who lifted the league title with Ulinzi Stars in 2010, took over the job full time at the beginning of the season after the departure of Robert Matano whose contract ended in December last year.

Ulinzi Stars performed dismally last season managing to finish 7th on the 18-team table with 48 points from 34 matches.
