Tentative date set for Gor Mahia v Everton friendly in England

Goal Kenya.
This will be Gor Mahia’s maiden trip to the UK and the first time for a Kenyan club to play on English soil

Gor Mahia will take on Everton in a friendly between November 6-7.

The match was initially scheduled to take place during the English Premier League off-season in July but was pushed back following logistical challenges.

Gor Mahia earned a chance to play Everton after emerging the winner of the second edition of the Super Cup held between June 3 and 10 in Nakuru, Kenya, featuring eight teams from East Africa.

This will be the second time that Gor Mahia is taking on Everton, after their maiden clash in Dar es Salaam on July 13, 2017. Gor Mahia also played English Championship side Hull City at a match held in Nairobi on May 13 this year.
