Masandawana unveiled their newest signings at a press conference held at their Chloorkop training base on Wednesday

Mamelodi Sundowns have officially announced the capture of Siyabonga Zulu and South American winger Gaston Sirino.

The former Caf Champions League winners have been hard at work bolstering their squad as they look to reclaim glory on several fronts, and at a press conference held at Sundowns’ training base Chloorkop on Wednesday, the Brazilians mentor Pitso Mosimane unveiled all of the club’s latest signings thus far, which did not only include confirmed new signings Jeremy Brockie and Aubrey Ngoma, but also saw Uruguayan attacker Sirino and Platinum Stars full-back Siyabonga Zulu confirmed as Sundowns’ latest acquisitions.

Zulu and Sirino were previously reported to be on their way to Chloorkop with their respective teams both confirming their departures, but it remained to be seen when the Tshwane giants would officially confirm their transfers.

Nonetheless, at a media event which was attended by Sundowns’ president Patrice Motsepe as well as new technical director Eric Hamren, all four of Sundowns’ January signings were present as they were paraded before the media for the very first time.

Meanwhile, Katlego Otladisa has also been signed by the Brazilians, but he will only link up with his new teammates next season.
