AFC Leopards coach Rodolfo Zapata has admitted that his side was poor in the second half of their league match played on Wednesday.
Ingwe took a deserved lead through Nigerian striker Alex Orotomal for a slim advantage at the break but the relegation threatened Wazito registered a greatest comeback in the second period to grab two goals and the three points on offer.
The Argentine coach now says his side was very poor in the second half and did not deserve to get something from the match. “We started the match well, actually it was a game of two halves.
“The first half belonged to us because we dominated Wazito and managed to take the lead. However, the second half, my players switched off, we played a very lackluster game, we lacked concentration and could not string even passes.
“Then we committed a lot of silly mistakes to gift Wazito. I must admit that they (Wazito) were the best team of the day and deserved to win.”
