A rejuvenated Orlando Pirates side will square off with an unpredictable Bloemfontein Celtic side in a Premier Soccer League (PSL) match at the Orlando Stadium on Tuesday.

The Buccaneers recorded their second successive league win when they edged out Lamontville Golden Arrows 1-0 in an encounter which was played in Durban over the weekend.

Squads & Team News

A victory over Celtic could take Milutin Sredojevic's side to the top of the league standings if Sundowns fail to secure a win against Cape Town City in the Mother City.

Serbian coach Sredojevic will bank on Justin Shonga's scoring form, with the Zambian striker having netted against AmaZulu FC and Arrows last week.

Defender Alfred Ndengane, who picked up the man of the match award after producing a solid display against Arrows, will face his former side, Celtic since leaving the club in October 2018.

Meanwhile, Celtic are currently enduring a three-match winless run in the league having held a much-fancied Sundowns side to a 0-0 draw in a match which was played in Tshwane over the weekend.

The draw saw Phunya Sele Sele remain eighth on the league standings - two points behind sixth-placed Kaizer Chiefs, who will not be in action in midweek.

Lehlohonolo Seema, Bloemfontein Celtic

Ex-Pirates captain Lehlohonolo Seema will be keen to guide Celtic to victory over his former club and ensure that Phunya Sele Sele remains in the top eight.

Seema will look to striker Tshegofatso Mabaso, who is enjoying his best season in the top flight having netted eight goals in the league.

Defender Wandisile Letlabika is set to miss Celtic's clash with Pirates with the former South Africa youth international having picked up a serious head injury against Sundowns.
