Olympics coach Attram: My players have psychological problems

The coach of the 'Dade' Boys has lamented their inability to hold on to a two-goal lead on Wednesday

Great Olympics coach Godwin Attram is in sad mood after his side threw away a two-goal lead in their Ghana Premier League clash with Elmina Sharks on Wednesday.

After recess, Samuel Arthur and Joseph Mensah netted to cancel out Abel Manomey's first-half double for the home side at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The 'Dade' Boys currently sit fourth from the bottom with just a point on the league table.

“It's bad because we got a two-goal lead and we allowed them to come and equalize all the goals in the second half,” Attram said.

“I am not a happy man, because we had the chance to win the game.

"I don’t know what happened but my boys were playing well and I don’t know how they conceded the two goals.

"We just need to go back to the drawing board and prepare for the next game.

"I think my players have psychological problems."

Olympics play away to fellow newly-promoted side Bolga All Stars in their next game on Sunday.
