Mbao FC head coach Etienne Ndayiragije, has allowed his players to take a seven day break in a move to make sure they return energized ready for the League run in.
The Mwanza based side is in danger of being relegated and Ndayiragije and his boys are fighting to save their season after a dismal run of five consecutive defeats.
Speaking to Goal, Ndayiragije, said that he has prepared a special program to make sure they win all their five games at home and maintain their place in the league next season.
“I know that we are in a bad position and I have given my players a break, but this is to make sure they return fresh before we play our remaining matches. Our target is to make sure we remain in the league next season,” said the coach.
Mbao will host Njombe Mji at the CCM Kirumba Stadium in a must win game when the league resumes after the international break.
