National Super League side Nakuru All Stars players are suffering in silence following unpaid dues.
Goal has learnt that the Nakuru-based side has gone for three months without paying the players. The team, associated with Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Chief Executive Officer, Robert Muthomi has a sponsorship deal with gambling firm SportPesa and pockets about Sh10million annually.
Muthomi was quoted a month ago saying that he is doing everything within his power to find a solution, but to date nothing has been done, as players continue to suffer in silence.
This development has cast doubt on the basis the club was cleared as far as the FKF licensing requirements are concerned, considering financial status was one of the main requirement for the club to be cleared.
Nakuru All Stars finished in sixth position during this season's NSL league.
