Masoud Juma closing in on Cape Town City FC debut

Kenyan International, Masoud Juma is expected to resume full training with Cape Town City FC in the coming weeks.

The Harambee Stars striker is yet to feature for his new club since his move from Kenyan Premier League side, Kariobangi Sharks last January.

Masoud is currently nursing an injury picked during the 2017 Cecafa Senior Challenge with Harambee Stars.

Cape Town City FC announced on Saturday that the reigning KPL Golden Boot Winner is on the right path to recovery and that he may resume light training in the coming weeks.

“Juma has made huge strides on his road to recovery from an ankle injury, he is expected to start full training in the next few weeks,” Cape Town said on their twitter handle.

Masoud and former AFC Leopards winger, Allan Kateregga, both sat out of City’s 1-0 lose to Kaizer Chiefs in the Absa Premier League at the FNB Stadium.
