Liverpool team news: Coutinho and Firmino in as Fab Four start against West Brom

Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino return to Liverpool’s starting line-up for the hosting of West Brom to join Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah as the ‘Fab Four’ operate in tandem.

The Brazilian pair were on the bench in Sunday’s Merseyside derby, but are restored with Jurgen Klopp fielding his most explosive attacking contingent.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Dominic Solanke switch out and are named as substitutes, with Jordan Henderson and James Milner also making way.

Gini Wijnaldum and Emre Can come in for the pair in the centre of the park, while Trent Alexander-Arnold is at right-back with Joe Gomez getting a breather.

Simon Mignolet, nursing a slight knock, is on the bench with Loris Karius starting in goal.
