Manchester City are chasing Inter defender Alessandro Baston, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
Inter have already turned down a €60m offer but that bid could rise in the coming weeks.
The club is expected to be forced to sell one big player ahead of next season, and that could be Stefan de Vrij, Milan Skriniar or, most likely, Bastoni, who will likely command the highest fee.

Juventus offer Pogba a deal
GOAL can confirm that Paul Pogba has received a three-year contract offer from Juventus with a salary of €7.5M-a-year.
Pogba has proposed a deal worth €11m a year, though he is still considering his former club's offer.
A return to Turin appears to be Pogba's most likely destination, especially given that he would be back playing under Massimiliano Allegri, with whom he had a great relationship before leaving for Manchester United.

Angel Di Maria will join Juventus on a free transfer this summer, after agreeing to a one-year contract at the Allianz Stadium, GOAL can confirm.
Di Maria has spent the last seven years of his career with PSG, where he has won numerous domestic trophies, but the club has decided not to extend his contract.
The 34-year-old will play his final game for the Ligue 1 champions against Metz on May 21 before becoming a free agent the following month, with Juve poised to sign him.
