Chelsea are prepared to offer players in part-exchange in an attempt to sign Tottenham striker Harry Kane, reports <a href="https://www.espn.co.uk/football/soccer-transfers/story/4390509/chelsea-willing-to-offer-tammy-abrahamkepa-arrizabalaga-in-exchange-for-harry-kane-sources" target="_blank">ESPN.</a> Kane is looking to leave Spurs in the summer, but is expected to command a hefty transfer fee, with Manchester City and Manchester United also interested. In an attempt to persuade Spurs to sell, London rivals Chelsea could offer Tammy Abraham or Kepa Arrizabalaga, or both players, as part of any deal.

Kai Havertz admitted that he's had difficulties adjusting to the Premier League as he said English football is a "big change" from what he was used to in Germany. "To be honest, it's very tough. It's a big change," Havertz told <a href="https://www.skysports.com/football/news/15116/12312528/kai-havertz-exclusive-chelsea-forward-reflects-on-his-own-form-playing-as-a-false-nine-and-must-win-matches">Sky Sports</a>. "It's very hard because you play every three days and the intensity here is much more than in Germany, to be honest. "Of course it's a big change for us but for me it always felt good to have Timo next to me because we can talk to each other. We were both in very difficult situations. He was also unlucky this season. But I think right now, for two or three months, we both play very well and I hope we can continue like that.

Havertz opens up on difference between Bundesliga and Premier League

Chelsea are one of several teams with lots at stake this weekend, but Thomas Tuchel insists he won't be keeping an eye on Liverpool or Leicester's results. "For a long period of the game I will for sure be in a bubble," he said. "In the end, if there are results that influence the amount of risk we should take, need to take, whatever, because we are not leading, or not comfortable or whatever, then we need to know. We also need to be professional.&nbsp; "I prefer not to know, but if it's necessary we need to know then we will, to adapt our risk management during the game. "First of all, we approach the game like the game against Leicester.&nbsp;It's in our hands, and we can decide things with a win. So we prepare to win it, but as you know in a football match there can be a lot of twists and turns, so we have to be ready for everything, both on our pitch and on other pitches"

Thomas Tuchel says he is loving being at Chelsea as he tries to secure Champions League qualification for next season. The German has taken the Blues from 10th place in the Premier League when he took over in January to the bring of a top-four finish. Tuchel has also led Chelsea to the Champions League final and saw his side lose 1-0 to Leicester in the FA Cup final last weekend. The former Borussia Dortmund and Paris Saint-Germain coach does not want to dwell on what he has brought to Stamford Bridge, but is happy with how things are going. When asked what one quality he brought to the group, Tuchel said: “No, I will not talk about me. I do what I can in the best possible way. “I try to give all my knowledge and energy into this club now and I love where I am at the moment. That's all I can say on that.”

Thomas Tuchel is confident Timo Werner will be better for Chelsea next season and believes fans will start to appreciate his contribution now supporters are allowed back into stadiums. Werner has endured an inconsistent debut year in the Premier League, but Tuchel is happy with his fellow German’s progress and expects him to continue to improve. When asked how close people are to seeing the best version of the striker, Tuchel told a press conference: "I hope we are there on Sunday. This is what we hope.&nbsp;He's still young and can still improve. This is what we demand week by week. “When he has some time to reflect, rest, some time on holiday for mental rest, I'm sure he can take the next steps next year. He is not new anymore, he will know the environment, what he is coming back to, his team-mates, what he is up against on the first game and how to adapt. This will help him. We try to push the process right now because we need him. “Don't forget, many goalscorers in Europe shoot penalties for their team and it's common that they reach their high numbers with penalties. If we add the penalties we've had to his numbers, everybody would be delighted with his first year. He hasn't scored penalties, he doesn't take them. We should consider that. “At the moment, as I've said, I am happy that spectators are back because they will see the effort instantly. It's much easier to be a critic and judge a player when you're not in the stadium. Once you are there, close to the guys, see the effort they put into matches, it's a bit more relative."

Tuchel: Werner will improve next season

Harder off to 'recharge the batteries'

Chelsea Women's manager Emma Hayes is determined to ensure standards don't slip and even more success can be enjoyed next season on the back of a Women's Super League title and Champions League final appearance. "I’ve always said why I am in this job, raising the bar is always the objective," said Hayes. "It doesn’t mean you are always going to win all the time, but plateauing is something you have to consider how you get out of that state all of the time. That’s something I’ve worked hard on in my career to find the solutions for those things. "As much as I want to win the Champions League, I know to win the biggest prizes, it’s come down to margins. I’m pretty certain, if we played Barcelona 10 times, the scoreline wouldn’t be the same. "What you have to learn is how you manage the biggest moments and that’s what we are learning. From a 21-year-old full-back, a 24-year-old other full-back and first experiences in that final even for the likes of Fran Kirby and Sam Kerr. "That inexperience showed in the key moments in the game but we’ve got that experience now so it’s important the players go away, play in the Olympics and those that come back for pre-season, they maintain the motivation and the hunger to get to the next level because if you want to get back to that place you have to do something you haven’t done."

Aston Villa boss Dean Smith on facing Chelsea on Sunday

Chelsea Women's manager Emma Hayes was pleased to see her team respond to losing the Champions League final to Barcelona by beating Everton in the FA Cup. A 3-0 victory over Everton sent Chelsea into the quarter-finals and Hayes felt the success also demonstrated the strength in depth at her disposal. "To compete in the Champions League we need the squad depth and every week we have some disappointed faces," said Hayes. "It's not an easy task every week. "When we came into the game tonight, I wanted to see Chelsea Women at its best and, whoever I pick, I can get a strong performance from every player. "It is a real fabulous achievement from the players, they deserve every bit of credit that they've gained this year."
