Raheem Lawal registered his name on the scorers' sheet as Kayserispor outclassed Rizespor 4-2 in a Turkish Super Lig fixture on Friday night.

Lawal's equaliser and Welliton's hat-trick dictated the rule at Yeni Rize Şehir Stadium over Rizespor who featured three Nigerian - Godfrey Oboabona, Nosa Igiebor and Bright Edomwonyi.

The Nigeria international who joined on loan from Osmanlıspor in January, scored his first goal after handing Sergen Yalcin's side an equaliser in the 15th minute courtesy of a Deniz Tueruec's assist before being replaced by Mali's Samba Sow in the 69th minute.

Oboabona and Igiebor played the entire duration, as Igiebor was handy in providing the host an assist as Leonard Kweuke gave them an early lead, while Bright Edomwonyi who was cautioned in the 27th mnute was later substituted for Dhurgham Ismail with 22 minutes left to play.

Kayserispor welcome Kasımpaşa SK for their next league fixture on Sunday while relegation threatened Rizespor visit league leaders Besiktas JK for a date on Saturday.
