The Italian champions will be looking to register an emphatic victory against the Swiss side to reclaim the top spot in Group H

Juventus will head into Tuesday's Champions League meeting against Young Boys in search of a ninth successive win in all competitions, fresh from completing a victory after finding themselves 1-0 down to Napoli in Serie A.

Young Boys have registered nine wins in their opening nine games in the Swiss Super League, though they were defeated 3-0 by Manchester United in their opening European clash.

The Swiss side have the odds of progressing to the next stage stacked against them as they face an early exit should they fail to take points off of Juventus at the Allianz, but a point away in Italy will be crucial if they want to keep their hopes of competing in the Europa League alive.

Even without the suspended Ronaldo, Juventus should be able to register a comfortable victory over the Swiss side having won all of their opening games this season.

There were fears that Ronaldo would be missing out on a reunion to former home Old Trafford after being dismissed in controversial fashion against Valencia, where he was given a red card for – albeit innocently – ruffling the hair of a Valencia player, but the fixture against Young Boys is the sole Champions League game that he will be absent from.

Both Manchester United and Juventus top a difficult Group H table that also consists of the likes of Valencia, who lost 2-0 to the Italian side in matchday one, in one of several Groups of Death in the Champions League this season.

Young Boys and Juventus have never before met in a European competition and Juventus will want to take advantage of being on home turf to record an emphatic win that could see them leapfrog Manchester United at the top of the table.

Argentina international Dybala will slot in as the side's main striker in the absence of Ronaldo, supported by Mario Mandzukic in the attack.
