"First of all, praise Allah that at least we did not concede an away goal. We will do better in the second leg.

"This is our best chance of winning promotion and also our second, after the disappointment of losing out in the semis last year to PKNP FC.

"I hope we will do our best, and not waste this chance," said the veteran player to the press after the match.

When asked about his future, the former Malaysia international responded that he intends to keep playing, joking that he is still young at 34 years of age.

In a senior career spanning 16 years, Fadzli has played for SV Wehen in Germany, Pahang, Selangor, T-Team as well as Sime Darby. He has also collected over 30 caps for Malaysia.

"I am 34, still young. God willing, as long as my service is still needed (I will continue playing).

"It's difficult for me to be thinking of retiring because football is my life. I will keep on playing," said the midfielder.
