Eymael had a fruitful stint with the club last season where he brought a trophy after 24 years to Bethlehem, yet the former Polokwane City manager has failed to maintain their last season's fine form as they lost seven out of 14 Premier Soccer League (PSL) matches so far.
As the Bethlehem-based club is set to make its debut in the continental tournament since winning the Nedbank Cup title last season, their journey could be a challenging one as they have lost the Belgian mentor.
On the other hand, Stars will also want to use the continental match to uplift their confidence and restore their morale as they are seemingly struggling in their domestic campaign.
The two clubs will meet for the first time in the competition as Stars are making their debut campaign in any of the tournaments organised by the Confederation of African Football (Caf).
On the other hand, the match is set to be staged in Johannesburg at the Bidvest Stadium and media reports suggested that Caf rules allow host clubs to stage matches within a 200km radius of the capital city whilst the club said the Goble Park Stadium does not comply with Caf rules.
On the part of the visitors, Mukura are set to make their second appearance in the competition by virtue of beating Rayon Sports in the final of the Peace Cup back in August.
Coach Francis Haringingo has vowed that they will head back to Kigali with a win as he believes Stars are not invincible and has challenged his side to cause an upset in Johannesburg.
