Jurgen Klopp just can't get past the fourth round of the FA Cup.
Roberto Firmino's glorious lob had the Reds in front just five minutes into the contest, but it didn't take long for things to fall apart completely.
Jay Rodriguez scored twice in the next ten minutes of the match, putting the Baggies in front, and an own goal from Joel Matip just before the break had Klopp's side trailing by two at half-time.
The onslaught made West Brom the first visiting side to score three goals in the first half at Anfield since Real Madrid in 2014.
Mohamed Salah brought back a bit of hope with his strike in the 78th, but the damage was done and Liverpool were once again dumped from the FA Cup in the fourth round, the third time in three seasons Klopp's men have fallen at the same hurdle.
Wolves dumped Liverpool out at the same stage in last season's competition while a 121st minute strike from Angelo Ogbonna saw West Ham oust the Reds at the same stage during the 2015-16 season.
The match also marked the first time in over a decade that Liverpool had conceded three goals in back-to-back home matches, with Klopp's men having given up three to Manchester City in a league win in their last home outing.

Klopp will hoping to avoid making it three home matches in a row conceding three goals when his side faces Tottenham next Sunday at Anfield, but must first navigate a match away to Huddersfield on Tuesday.
Liverpool are currently holding onto the fourth spot in the Premier League, with Spurs just two points back in fifth.
