It was an Africa Cup of Nations qualification game to forget for Nigeria's Kelechi Iheanacho.

Buhle Mkhwanazi's own goal had put Gernot Rohr's men in front after a sublime finish but a resurgent display from South Africa saw them equalise thanks to Lebo Mothiba.

And Iheanacho was at the heart of a calamitous outing for the three-time African kings, as his numerous misses cost his side victory at the FNB Stadium.
