The FKF Women Premier League will resume after almost four months of inactivates.

The league has been on a temporary halt after FKF failed to get the annual Fifa grant in time.

But after close to four-month lull, the league will resume on Saturday, with nine matches on the cards across different venues.

League Leaders Thika Queens, who have lost only once this season, will play two matches, against Kayole Starlet on Saturday and Mombasa Olympic on Sunday at the Thika Stadium.

Thika Queens have lost only to debutantes Trans Nzoia Falcons, who will be up against Spedag at the University of Eldoret.

Second-placed Vihiga Queens will be on the road to face off with Baringo Starlets at the Eldama Ravine Stadium.

Saturday: Oserian Ladies vs Mombasa Olympic (Oserian Grounds, 1 pm), Thika Queens vs Kayole Starlet (Thika Stadium, 1 pm), Wadadia vs Spedag (Mumias Complex, 1 pm), Soccer Queens vs Vihiga Leeds (Gikambura Grounds, 1 pm), Sunday: Kisumu All Starlets vs Makolanders (Moi Stadium Kisumu, 1 pm)

Sunday: Baringo Starlets vs Vihiga Queens (Eldama Ravine Stadium, 1 pm), Thika Queens vs Mombasa Olympic (Thika Stadium, 10 am), Eldoret Falcons vs Spedag (University of Eldoret, 1 pm), Mathare United Women vs Vihiga Leeds (Barclays Sports Club, 1 pm)
